DOUGLAS DI first called to rent a trailer and had to cut the call short so I did not finish my transaction, but then got an email about it being finished and then I called to check on it and they said I had had been moved to another location. I would never have known this unless I called. I went to the other location and it took an hour to get my trailer checked out because of their system and the gentleman running, it did not know how to do it because he was new and poorly trained

BASCOM KI dropped off after closing time therefore no one was available to help.

JOHN TU-Haul employee at the location was extremely friendly and helpful. I received a phone call the evening before pick up that it was being changed to this location. The down side was it wouldn't be ready until 10:30. The location actually was much more convenient. The phone call said they would contact me if available earlier. They did not. I called at 9:15 and it was ready.

JOHN OThis location needs to make sure that the truck keys are where they are supposed to be so that reservations can be fulfilled on time without having to wait 30 minutes & switch trucks with someone else returning theirs because they lost the keys. They also need to make sure that all rented equipment is in the truck so you don't have to turn around and go back for the missing items, wasting even more time. They need to make sure they're having people sign correct contracts. We signed a contract that was different for the same exact size truck they switched us to and are having to dispute fuel charges now because we returned our truck on 1/2 tank as our signed contract stated but the unsigned contracts on our app stated it needed to be returned on 3/4 tank.

Dora AQuote 1 price on the phone and when I got there it was way more. Said I couldn't have it 2 days because being picked up early next day. But I drove by and it sat there all day. Charged me 116 dollars for 1 day and it was a Small truck all they had. I will never use uhaul ever again. Didn't really get to finish my move. Whole process big disaster. It's hard enough and expensive to move but you people could make the process a little easier.
Sheila RMade a reservation a month ahead and checked back a week before was guaranteed no problem would have a truck ready. Move day NO truck took an hour to find a smaller truck at another facility that had an 1/8 tank of fuel in it. Someone should start a business renting trucks these folks didn't honor their word.

Joseph RThey were closed when I returned the vehicle at 4:10PM, but I went through the after-hours process and left the vehicle there. Went back the next morning when they opened at 9AM. The young lady was very pleasant and took care of my check-in promptly.
Fred LTried to check in trailer through mobile app but it was not working. Drop off location charge me for an extra day despite the fact I had it turned in on Sunday per my contract. Called customer service number and all they offered was to file a complaint. If this charge does not get reversed, I will never use U-Haul again. If you're going to force people to use your mobile app, then make sure it works I don't penalize your customers when it doesn't.
Chris BYour entire 24/7 pickup system was flawed. It would not let me do anything to pick up my vehicle, and I was hung up on without getting to speak to a representative. I got lucky that an employee was at the location. And I was not given the extra mileage I was promised.

Beth MThe hours were 9-6 and I returned the vehicle at 5:30 and the location was closed. I attempted to return online, however it wasn't working. I called the UHaul number and it said wait time was one hour. None of this was professional. Extremely disappointed

James SWhen I checked out equipment I was told when I returned equipment the next day, on a weekday that no one would be there to handle my check-in. Later I found out if I didnt do it uhaul would charge me an additional 20 dollars. That is no way to run a business. I have been renting fro. Uhaul for over 30 years. Seriously considering switching to another company after this.what would happen if I did not have a mobile phone? Not happybat all.

Terry EWe drove from Arkansas to South Carolina. The ride was the most uncomfortable ride of my life. We were literally thrown up and down in the seat for about 8 hours straight. It felt like driving a tank, sitting on concrete blocks for seats with no shocks. Most of this is in part to the crappy roads from here to there, but Uhaul needs to upgrade the comfort level of the interior seats, etc.
