When I arrived at the location and told them that I had a reservation. They acted like they didn't even know what a reservation was.. I have rented U-Haul's for years and never had an experience like this and probably never will rent from U-Haul again. After finally getting someone on the phone from U-Haul to take care of the reservation that was already made and I had a confirmation number. The person said thank you have a nice day. I said aren't you going to put the trailer on our vehicle? Oh, I've never done that before. Is what came out of his mouth, they had to get U-Haul back on the phone while they were trying to get that information from U-Haul how to hook up the trailer . I already hooked the trailer up. I didn't look in the back of the trailer before leaving. But when I got down the road to pick up the items that I was carrying from Atlanta to Florida , the back of the trailer had quite a bit of white foam that we had to dispose of in order to use the trailer. We rented the trailer because we knew we were going through rain and wanted to keep our supplies dry. When we unloaded the next day, some of our supplies was damaged because, apparently there was a leak in the trailer and destroyed some of our product. I will be calling U-Haul to file a claim about this matter. However, I don't believe the location we rented from should be a U-Haul location at all. They have no clue what they are doing , and it is not fair and very unsafe to the customer, especially a customer that may have never hooked up a trailer before. Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul.

Matrice JMake sure all info to pick up at this location is communicated to the renter. I had to ask customer service how to access truck and pay on line to get key from lock box.

KIMBERLY DWhen trying to return to this location, I was told by staff that they don't take back vehicles and I'd have to go to a different location. Luckily the other location let me know I'd receive a wrong location fee and advised me to just self check in. This location SHOULD NOT be allowed to be affiliated with U-haul at all!

Takira AShut it down . My card was overcharged and they made me pay extra for a truck I didn't want . Truck maintenance was in terrible condition.
