Clearer information during the on-line reservation process. The facility I chose due to proximity is no longer in service. I will continue to use Hall's Auto for all of my future needs, they were that good. Staff was professional, accommodating, and punctual. They are an asset to your organization.
Richard HHad trouble with remote pickup/drop off, app could not pick up location to allow me to pick up/drop off.

Jerry FTerrible experience with UHaul. Reserved truck and auto transport. Day before UHaul called and said they didn’t have an auto transport in that pick up location and I’d have to drive 20miles in the opposite direction to get the trailer after getting the truck . Then day of UHaul called and said that the combo I was able to order online doesn’t work and I’d have to upgrade to the bigger truck which is at the same location as the trailer (25mins of driving) we get the truck and trailer. Truck is dirty. Trailer is missing safety chains. Waited over an hour for the guy to try and find another chain. Never did drove 5hrs with no safety chains. Gas gauge in truck sticks and reads at an incorrect level. Customer service sucks. I will never use UHaul again
Lauren AThis location is a car and truck repair location. Not much U-Haul inventory. Not much space for parking and storage. Workers are very friendly and will help with any issue you have. Very accommodating
DOUGLAS SWhen I made the reservation for the truck I would expect the truck to be located close to where I needed it. Why bring a truck to a place 40 minutes away from where your customer needs it with U-hauls near by where they could get it. Though the lady there was friendly and very nice and understanding. But the place was way out of the way in the mountains. This does not make your customers happy.

MICHAEL BI made a reservation for this truck at a location nearer to my business than this...and on the day of the pick up received an email with the confirmation to come here... I picked up 2 other trucks at the original location and was disturbed that all 3 trucks were not at the same location.... I should have been notified by phone ...and would have expected U HAUL to move the truck to the location that i reserved.
Camp Tthe place is great. they even have a 24hour drop off available. made things very smooth and easy
