The woman who notified us was not from the location but she arranged another truck got us. The lady at the location on Highlsnd Avenue was very good and we were so appreciative of her help, but overall very disappointed about our initial contact with uhaul.
peggy funkGive the customer what they asked for. They were not open at pick up time. I had to go to another U-Haul for them to make contact with them. I had to hook up my own equipment. They gave my insurance without asking. I never get insurance. They were still closed when I returned 3 hours later

LOIS REMBERTWhen did Uhaul become a side hustle to other business? When you are in an unfamiliar place pulling a trailer through city streets there should at least be a UHaul sign.
Justin PabisBetter maintenance on "pods"; had two dry-rotted tires that required road service on the trip, both fenders fell off (one disintegrated when the tread came off the tire), and had to purchase 3 tie-downs to hold the U-Haul wrap on the pod.

brock Streeter jrFirst, I reserved the truck for Sunday, April 24, 2022 and the location was not open, nor was I told that I had a share ride because I did the reservation online. After finally getting the truck picked it it was dirty. Lastly I needed to extend my rental, so I called and I was told that a scheduler had to make the changes. I was placed on hold for over 45 mins and no one never answered.

Shelia ScottI like renting from this location because the office handles paperwork very quickly. Outside is pretty much self service. The trailer was in great shape except for the rusty wheels. I did not have any touble, but wheels can develop leaks if they rust through.

Matthew CroyCustomer service agent was EXTREMELY nice. She tried to rectify the following issues. Problems: cab was filthy and covered in ants! No spare truck. We had to wear garbage bags on our legs to keep from getting bit. Took both of us over an hour to get it somewhat clean from mud and to remove sticky residue with disinfectant. Bought ant killer and sprayed out cab. Had to sit on blankets to stay away from residual ants and mud. Truck had 1/8th tank of gas. Had to find gas quickly. Customer service agent felt bad and provided fuel and cleanliness credits. Car carrier jack was EXTREMELY hard to turn handle. Rear safety chain missing. No spare chain or car carrier available. Had to improvise on my own. Ants came back with a vengeance! Got all biten up during return, especially all over the driver's side. TOTALLY AN UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
