Uploading the photos and check-in information each step took a ridiculous amount of time. It’s a good application, but even with 5G network reception it took almost 20 minutes. And confusing where to put the keys. Great experience with exception of checkout. Thank you

Don't assume a customer knows that "everything is done online". I didn't appreciate her tone when I was trying to rent a van. I had a reservation, set up by another location because they weren't able to let me leave my car there. So they kindly did a reservation for me for a location that would allow me to leave my car there. It was a learning experience for sure.

The app and mobile check in experience were so bad that I will never use Uhaul again. I've been a customer on and off for 15 years. Never again. I was delayed by 90 min. Uhaul support was not supportive whatsoever. The only thing they could do was tell me what buttons to push on the app that was not at all working. It couldn't utilize location services to verify I was at the right place. It kept timing out, or kicking me back to start. I spent 35 min on hold only to get someone that could only tell me how to do what I had already tried. Mobile check in is a completely useless tool. Customer Service was not helpful. My entire move had to be adjusted and we lost use of another trailer. It resulted in a move that was supposed to take 2 days taking 4. Literally never again Uhaul.

Better posted instructions for drop-off process for trailers for when an employee is not available. Took almost 15-20 minutes just to drop off a car dolly. Had to wait for the employee to return to the office.

The lot to park the uhauls was in a separate place from the box to return the keys and the lighting was horrible making it so confusing to know what to do and where to go

No gas stations anywhere near the site you have to do a big Uturn which racks up the miles. This needs to be considered.

There was no convenient place to park the trailer... which meant I had to manually park (getting out and pushing) a 6x12 trailer myself. No easy task. Every other possible area was marked as a Fire Lane. The woman inside was nice, but I was not going to ask her to help.

I did everything I was supposed to do and got a nasty email the next day telling me I did not turn in the truck, etc. I called to find out what was the problem and they checked and said “oh, it just got processed in the computer”. Don’t send emails scolding the customer until you process your inventory and know for sure there is a problem. So typically impersonal for these times.

The manager needs to be sat down and spoken to about his attitude with customers. I’ve come back twice renting a truck. First time thought manager is having a bad day. We all have those. But 2nd time around he had same attitude. Ugly rude and not helpful. A lot of us customers don’t rent a haul every weekend. But when he’s lazy and sends customers 2twice out side to get information to upload photos and previous employee very nice and helpful didn’t do all that she took your photos and entered info. Just explained if info don’t match they will charge more. I think we customers understand. But I think Alex ran me off with that attitude of his.

I'm still waiting for my final receipt. The U-Haul app for returning is HORRID!!! It took ~30 minutes in 105 degrees to (finally) download the application and then the burden passed off to the customer was outrageous! The NASTY trick of not mentioning that is was quietly slipped into the contract that customers must PAY to return the vehicle to a person warrants criminal prosecution! The location/person was fine. U-Haul as a company is a disgrace to be avoided!!!

We were told to have the U-Haul back for dropoff 6pm. We dropped it off by 5:05pm (the location had just closed at 5), and we're being charged an extra day for dropping it off almost one hour EARLIER than required. Additionally, U-Haul changed our pick-up location to be farther away, so that we had to drive more miles to pick it up and take it to our old apartment, then charged us for every single mile we went "over" the allowance. I will advise every single person I know to never deal with U-Haul.

Because of the bad service, I was told that I could use the packing blankets and the dolly at no charge. The dolly was already had a broke seal, and I broke the seal on the packing blankets. However, you guys are charging me for them take the charges off.

Brought the truck back cleaner than I received it and was still charged a $25.00 cleaning fee. Worker did not even look at the truck inside or outside.

I was told just a few days before pickup that their was no availability and I would have to pick up at alternate site 12 miles further away and then 15 miles back to my original starting point to load. When I turned in the truck I was told I had exceeded the miles allowed by 28 miles and was charged an additional $30.00 dollars. And this extra mileage was also part of the miles I was over to have to turn it in. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau to complain about the way you all compute miles as it is dishonest.

Get better wifi for after hours pick up and drop off. Took over 30 minutes to pick up a signal and I was standing exactly at your front door. Kept getting message that I was not in the correct spot. Also, have the truck intended for pickup parked at the same location as the key station instead of a parking lot only accessible by car. I also had as much trouble dropping off truck due to poor wifi at location. Will not rent for after hours again.

Waited 45 minutes past time for them to open to drop off. The door sign said 9am, I called the operator and they just said someone would be in shortly. That was 40 minutes i waited and no one showed up.

There was no truck available for us so we had to Puc up a truck from San Marcos when we originally needed one from north Austin. They promised us extra miles and an extra day for the inconvenience. And still charged us for the extra day and miles.
