no problems renting at location or with the truck
Ronald GI didn't even have my truck for 24 hrs and they charged me an extra day AND gas that was not accurate. Uhaul charged me even tho I called and checked the truck in personally and they knew I didn't use it a 2nd day. Had to file a dispute and wait to get my money back. This was after Uhaul sent my boxes to the wrong location and the truck was supposed to be free!
bailey KThis location was fine but they sent a truck with missing cup holders and the dome light was broken and just wedged up in the cab roof. It is a long trip to go 800 miles on a move with no way to hold a 32 ounce cup or a single coffee without spilling it everywhere!
Daniel BAfter trying to deal with three different people at two differently locations in Carrollton GA who didn’t know what they were doing and wasting over half of my day, I finally found someone at this location who knew what she was doing. You need to train your people better?
Gary PThe uhaul was messed up I couldn’t go over 40 it sounded like the front wheel was going to come off an it shook like crazy. I didn’t even use it because I was afraid it was going to break down so I took it back the same day. I should get a refund for it since I didn’t get to use it .

Justin JRental said for three days plus x number of miles. I told the lady only needed for two days and she said if turned in early they will only charge you for time used meaning in my thoughts two day rental. I turned in the truck one day early and was still charged three days! I have rented multiple trucks from y’all 8 or nine and I don’t like that you have to pay for days you don’t use truck. I only want to pay for what I use! Remedy I want use ya’ll any more! Thank you John Wallace

Danny MI had a reservation at a location and when I showed up they said it would not be back for a few hours. I found a nother location however I had to hook up the trailer myself and change out the wiring harness as it did not work. The gentleman this location was new so I was ok with doing all the work myself as he said he didnt know how to hook up a trailer.
Steven MI would put cell phone charger in the vans. My phone went dead, I was turned around on the interstate with no way to let those who were waiting on me know.

Ron GDislike mandatory online rental system. Prefer in-person and telephone. Your procedure is horrible for those not computer savvy, like the older generation, ME, and for those with no credit card. Prefer your old way.

Pat RThis was a difficult process. Our original rental pick was scheduled for 3:00 Friday but no trucks were available. We couldn’t pick up until Saturday at 10:00 so we rearranged our schedule to accommodate Uhaul. The price increased for some untold reason and t e drop off location did as well. During the move I received a call from uhaul letting me know my truck would be available for pickup Monday?!? I was literally unloading the truck when I received the call. Bottom line: I was able to get my daughter moved latter than expected spent more money than originally told, encountered a “who’s on first” attitude from everyone! Everyone one was pleasant but nobody owed the issue. I’m sure I’ll not get any kind of refund for the over charge but what the what?

Elaine BThe place was not opened at the time suppose to be. The connection from the store clerk to get the rental was irritating, because she was tired and didn't know how to contact owners to get the rental. After an hour of waiting I finally got someone to come help. Returning the rental was another bad experience. I couldn't get pass the odometer reading which was showing correct mileage but kept saying mileage was least than started with. I called the number no answer, also called customer service, but still couldn't get any help trying to return this rental. I was told I need to contact the office on Monday. I text a message to the owner explaining what was going on and no response. After h45 minutes of trying to return this rental I just finally took pictures of everything drop keys in drop boxes and left. I pray I never have to use this company again.
SONJA TCustomer service was second to none standard-setting experience to say the least I've worked in retail for 30 years and this associate of you all should be accommodated for exceptional service going above and beyond any standards previously achieved.

William BI believe the roof had leaked as there water on the floor as well as the "mom's attic". I had to put down blankets so my things wouldn't get wet.
