Side mirror of driver side was so loose it was turning by itself. Gas tank was three quarters full but was being told it’s Full.

Charles FoxOne grumpy guy working location on a Saturday morning with 6 customers ahead of me. It took an hour to finish even after he had me move the trailer and hook everything up by myself. Had to broom off all the dirt and rocks to make sure I didn’t send something flying off the trailer. Terrible service

nelyadiel benitezGentleman running the place was not a nice guy. He was moody when I picked it up and dropped it off. I followed the instructions on the app and he yelled at me for dropping the keys in the Dropbox. Not a good experience. Truck was an issue. Could not adjust the mirrors to see properly. Truck pulled horrible to one side when going down the road. Truck was stuck in the mud when I picked it up. Took a few minutes but I got it out.

Jackson DavisWell I walked in and the owner and one of the workers were full on cussing each other out, there was no parking. I didn’t feel comfortable and it didn’t seem anyone had any idea what was going on. Honestly, the worker was using profanity which I didn’t like and it made my morning honestly worse.

Michael KaderlyWas probably my #1 experience with renting a truck the manager or owner at this location was fantastic super easy fast I was in and out no problems or unnecessary procedures I will be back at this location for sure they are definitely my new go to for rental needs
Dennis CampbellThe older man in the building rudely kept telling me to look for a guy walking the parking lot to help me. I walked around looking for the "guy", could not find him. I went back in and got the same response saying to trust him about a guy walking around outside. I tried to get everything unhooked myself, but could not get the trailer off the ball. I went in again, and the older gentleman finally came out to help. He was not happy about having to come outside to help. Very rude. Very unhelpful. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I would recommend against it.

Blake HunterI am only satisfied because this site has a professional staff. I was initially sent to Family Funsports and had the worst experience of my life. Up to and including being removed from the building at 1:55 PM because they closed at 2:00 PM. I was told by that person to call “-800getUhaul”. Luckily I knew what he meant. I’m supposed to get a $50 credit after my vehicle is processed this morning.

Jerome HuckebaWhen I got there the man was complaining about his workers. The truck needed to be cleaned out still. I ordered 24 blankets and only got 22 so when I went to return them I got charged for blankets I never recieved. So I payed for blankets I didn't get and then got charged a second time for them. I went back in to talk to the guy and he was already helping other people. Not a good experience.

Alexandria KrullThere has been fraudulent activity i was charged 2 times a day sometimes 3 times A day. I was told by 2 different customer service representatives that i was going to get the second charge back and that they were just holds. The first and the second contract i was charged $70 a day on average and i didn’t even have insurance for the second contract. They have failed to give me a call As requested to explain to me the 2 charges a day, and the bigger amount of charges at the end of the week. I need some help i need somebody to go thoroughly look through the charges to my card and not just the receipts. The charges come from 2 different POS systems connected to U-Haul and i think the U-Haul dealer took extra money out, per his reviews i am not the only person this has happened to. I need somebody to listen to me and help me!!!! Nobody will!!! I dont want to keep getting sent a receipt. I need somebody to do their job and investigate this. I will be going to the bank tomorrow. But somebody needs to look into the charges made to my account and GIVE ME A CALL!!! A good number to reach me will be 1 (317) 281-1865

Ranjit SinghU haul broke down on me twice. This delayed my move and Christmas plans. I had to have the u haul jumped twice.
Kyle GossThe 15ft box truck ran poorly. I didn't think I was going to make it back. Then uhaual roadside assistance was terrible. Also I was over charged on miles. When I called the service line, she seemed helpful, but nothing was done. I have used uhaul for many years. Between personal and business I have rented well over 500 times nationwide in the past 5 years. Since my complaint went unresolved, I will never rent from uhaul again. I have informed procurement and all offices nationwide that uhaul is no longer an approved vendor. This will also include all our affiliates and sister companies. ( 25 of my offices and 13 roofing, companies 8 Elevator companies, 6 plumbing companies. This will include my brothers Electrical contractor companies.) I will also send out an email to all my clients as they shoukd know this as well. If uhaul is considered about this I can be contacted at 812-585-4514.

keith mannTo let the one purchasing know that it is not the same price as advertised. My total online was 36$ but when all the mileage, insurance, fees and tax it went to 106$. They didn’t even tell me the total before charging my card and I assumed it would be the 36 that was stated as the total cost when I put my card information in. I know I had to pay for mileage but didn’t expect it to be 60$ worth for not 10 miles. I could have just filled the tank with that much. Extremely upset that none of this was discussed with me. I told them it was my first time renting a vehicle and they still did not explain the total, how much gas mileage is or the 20$ separate charge because the building was closed when I returned the vehicle on time at 6pm. Will never do this again. It is a big scam.

Rich HendrenThe truck we got was a piece of junk on wheels from 2005. The truck didn’t even have an interior light! It wasn’t a diesel, but instead a very big and not fuel efficient gas v8… But this is serious… there was a literal exhaust leak in the truck, which leaked into the cab. And if we didn’t roll down the windows, we might’ve died of carbon monoxide poisoning!! This is not a joke and is very serious! U-haul needs to get these dangerous trucks off the road!!

Michael RobardsThe truck needed a lot of maintenance. My experience with the location was amazing, however.. the truck needed an alignment really bad. Brakes were shot on the passenger front and the power steering was far from acceptable.
Derek JaworskiIt was a really cool van. The price for the van and moving equipment was very affordable, and the gentleman, who was working on Thanksgiving, I should add, was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
