Man behind the counter was rude and curt. He had the door locked and I couldn't get in, even though it was during posted open hours. He didn't have all the furniture pads I reserved. UHaul made me drive an extra 40 miles to pick up at this location. It was a horrible experience.Diane H.

My trailer number was typed in wrong so there fire it looked like I was turning in my transport I. The wrong stat and city. If the lady in Vermont wasn't so persistent I would of been charged an em extra $300 that wasn't my fault. Please take time to double check these things for the customers! Horrible customer service. Gave away my truck I rented cause was hour later then what the time I was allowed to pick up, was never told would loose truck if was late. Person running shop is rude. And they make you do everything yourself. When your there in person they should be able to do all the rest of paperwork instead making me go online and do rest myself.Josh W.

Very disappointed that we had to drop off at this location, especially since there was one less than a mile from my house, which o requested. Therefore I had to put extra gas in at my expense, and drove out my way to drop the truck off. You really need to listen to your customers more, instead of giving them no choice to have a say in the matter. Didn't even have a good explanation either, which is kinda sad.Pamela S.
When we went to pick the trailer up, the person there was so short and crabby about I felt I was causing an inconvenience to him. I asked a question and he repeated himself twice that it was in my contract sent to my email. Sorry I asked. As it turned out the first place listed to return was wrong cause we went there and they refused us. They also didn't help at all. Also very rude. I do have to say the lady on the phone was wonderful and very helpful to help us find a trailer. We then had to go the the uhaul storage place in downtown Indy and She deserves gold stars was GREAT!! you need more people like her cause she certainly made up for the bad experience people.Richard and Beth H.

It was horrible! Counter person appeared to be racist. Very short and nonchalant. I returned truck with more gas then it was when I picked it up and the people lied about the gas being under plus charged the fuel fee. I will never again use Uhaul! Not to mention the people that answer the phones act like they have attitudes like your incoviencing them after you spent your money!Joanna C.
Both places were nice people, but the people I picked the truck up from said I had until the return place closed to turn the truck back in. I ended up being charged for an extra day because when I turned it in they said it was past the turn in time. Make sure the workers know the the correct info that they are telling people.James C.

The person working was very rude and didn't seem to be happy. Also, he stated that there was no running water there which means he wasn't washing his hands for sanitation purposes. The back of the truck was dirty and we had to sweep it out before putting our items in the back.Ronald R.
We did not receive the equipment ordered for our move. We scheduled for an 8am pick and was unable to pick up the truck until 9am after waiting for it to open. It is ridiculous that it was confirmed by UHaul that we could pick up the truck and the equipment ordered when it wasn't available or was totally missing.Travis F.

Train Employees better on customer service skills. I wish I could remember the ladies name who helped but really didn't. She was rude and condescending. I think her managers name is KM. That truck has the worst bouncing experience I've ever seen. It's front end was all over the road . I expected some wind issues but it definitely had a need for shocks . Maybe body springs and a front end work to keep it from playing frogger. The inside of the vehicle was immaculate. But I've drive Over the road in semis hauling double, triplets and tanks that never had the sort of difficulty in driving as I did in this vehicle. I would suggest some work before you rent to a new driver or there could very possibly be a horrendous accident ! But all said and done I love uhaul for fast easy moves and will always recommend and use your services.donald H.

First place I went to (Greenwood west tool rental) nobody was there during business hours even with a reservation. Called the number, they said they only have one available at Greenwood east, and that west location was closed for the day 8 hours early. West location said I could not return the U-Haul 6x12 trailer to any location, and had to return it to the east side significantly out of my way. The inside was also a mess, had dogs inside that were loose. Guy was a bit rude, trailer brakes didn't work.Levi R.

They tried to get over on me since it was my very first time ever getting a uhaul. They never told me how to return it just told me to return it back on full but the man tried to say I didn't fill the tank back up I was lucky I took a picture of the gas hand or they would of got me out of $91 for a 20 dollar(plus 14.99 safety package) 10' truck. I called the store the manager tried hard to say I didn't fill it so I called customer service and the lady was very nice and helpful but I will never use the company again I would rather take 30 trips in my car to move.Abriana B.

It's a small dirt lot with very little room. The guy working there was very unfriendly. I asked him if/where I could park my vehicle. He shouted the location at me and walked inside. I parked there. When I returned the truck at 11:30 pm, my vehicle was blocked in. I had to Uber home. My vehicle is still blocked inâ€¦2 days later. I will never rent at this location again. There were no issues with the truck itself, or my ability to pick it up or return itâ€¦other than not knowing where to park when I returned it.PHILIP A.

This is our second time at this location. Customer service is severely lacking. We reserved moving blankets and furniture dolly a week in advance, but were told at pick-up that neither were available. It feels like you are inconveniencing the business by showing up.
