Entered location and said I had a trailer to return. Was shown a security camera and told to put the trailer next to the one in the lot. Asked if they needed any paperwork or did I need to come in after parking/unhooking trailer was told no. No help in unhooking trailer! Took pictures of trailer and location to prove I returned and had no damage. Returned trailer evening before it was due. Got an email receipt next day showing I returned the next morning (due date/time). Very poor customer service! Need to take some lessons from pickup location to learn what customer service is.DAVID T.

The employee working at the location was a gas station cashier who knew nothing about the uhaul reservation and could barely speak any English I arrived to check in and had to wait in line at the gas station convenience store counter behind 3 customers purchasing items from within the gas station convenience store once it was my turn I told the gentleman at the register that I was there to pick up a uhaul reservation at which time he told me to hold on and made a phone call to another person who was not present nor as far as I was aware even in the area and the cashier was told by the person he called that he will call him back at which time I was told the person the cashier called would call back for me to just wait for him to call back after about 15mins of waiting for the person to call back I was then handed a wireless land line phone with a very poor reception to talk to the person he had initially called... Upon taking the phone from the cashier there was another gentleman on the line who also had very poor and broken English that you could barely even understand what he was asking I finished the check in process on the phone with the gentleman and once the cashier had scanned my driver's license into the system I was told by the gentleman on the phone to hand the phone back to the cashier at which time the cashier handed me back my driver's license and a key to the U-Haul truck and I was told by the cashier that they truck is outside and then truck number was on the key tag and he handed me my keys and I was told that I was done to go outside and find my truck and was good to go.... I never received any paperwork from the check in I was never given a walk around of the vehicle as I have always done with any U-Haul reservation in my past history upon getting in the truck it had dog fur scattered around the passenger seat area of the truck and had a musty odor in the vehicle in general. Fast forward to moving day to destination location I went to charge my cellphone from the driver's side 12V charging port with my cellphone car charger and the charging port did not work .... I then reached across and attempted to try the passenger side port in which also was discovered to not in working order.... Jump forward to dropping off the truck at my destination and I was not even able to simply have the drop off location check in my truck because the pick up facility filled out none of the paperwork on the vehicle and entered the mileage in the odometer of the vehicle as 0 and the system was attempting to charge my for driving almost 75,000 miles!!!! I would never recommend anyone to ever using this facility for a uhaul!!!!ROBERT T.

It was a hard location to decide where to park. I was not sure where the location property started and ended since it was so close to a house. I was worried I would park in a spot that may block an entrance for cars. It was helful that there was other UHAUL equipment nearby and the lockbox was conveniently located.Nicholas O.
Fast, convenient, easy, friendly, service! They had a very good selection of trailers and trucks. In and out quickly with both pick up and drop off.KEVIN P.
Only one of the 4 employees on duty could handle U Haul rentals. We had to wait 25 minutes for him to show up to work so we could get our trailer. When we brought it back, he was stunned that we expected him to unhook the trailer. I have rented from U Haul dozens of times, and this was the worst experience I ever had.TERRY H.
This was by far the WORST uhaul experience I've ever had. It took me over 3 hours to recieve my keys. Took me almost 45 mins to even talk to.some one about my Reservation, The owner of the shop took my keys out of the lock box after I applied uhaul 24/7 and REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE KEYS. Even though I had a contract and paid for. Lost 3 hours of time that I had to pay for. Overall this is a terrible uhaul and if uhaul has any respect for their company they would dismiss this company from their contracts. Over 0 stars for real.Zachary M.

The truck literally sounded like it was going to explode. It was miserable to drive because the power steering barely worked. The location closed when we got there and refused to spend an extra minute to help us 9r let us fill the tank. We don't love in a location that offers space for a truck to stay overnight and the people were dicks. Lastly. The app sucks. We tried uploading pictures of the dashboard 6 times but they wouldn't be accepted. So then we were charged more money. Overall we were charged $350. Absolutely a joke and I want my God damn money back.Gilbert H.

I tried to use online pick-up but their location is not in a good cell reception area so it makes that a moot point. Because I had to go into the store I did not see the "check the equipment text" before leaving and the proprietor did not do a walk around the van with me. I did take pictures before leaving and when I did see the text, the pictures I was suppose to approve were not the condition of the van as it had serval area of damage that were noted by decals on the truck but were not present in the approval photos.DAVID P.
Easy to access, fuel on site is competitively priced for area. Have only dropped off here and drop-off area isn't well demarcated.James Y.

Implement a program so that anyone traveling through toll locations, which is often the lowest mileage route, can use a transponder provided by U-Haul. I believe this would greatly ease the use of toll routes and introduce very little administrative overhead. Please feel free to contact me for details on how I would develop this service.James F.

When I returned my U-Haul, there wasn't much instruction from the employee. I thought he would want the mileage or to check the truck, but he didn't. And when I asked he just said, â€œGive me the key.â€ I left confused and hoping I returned it correctly.JEREMY L.
This review is for uhaul in general. Previous 2 locations did not have the size truck I booked 2 weeks in advance. Was given the run around by regional branch and the Hagerstown Md locations. Was spoken to very rudely and condescendingly by both location and area field agents as if it were my fault uhaul didn't have the truck available.Sufian S.

Fill the tanks up when they are picked up so it's easier to fill it up when returning it, policy you have on fueling now is a joke, charge me 4.50 a gallonif not at 3/8 but if we over fill tough luck buddy!!! Let's improve on this little trick you try to pull!!DUANE L.

Went to the lock that had the key punched in the code and the key was not in there.Jason H.
Rented a 15 foot from this location. Picked it up around 1:30 . Talking with the person in charge. I didn't know if I could be back by 5. I returned the truck at 6. The truck had a half a tank of gas when I rented it. I put 21 miles on it. When l returned it it was a half of the needle below half. Th charge should have been 39 per day and 73 cents per mile. They are charging me 102.98 dollars. What a repoff. I will never rent from u- haul again.Eric L.
