After hours drop off. I called to confirm with the location and the contact was very helpful with instructions on how to return vehicle with no one present for interaction.

matthew jThe only issue I had was not with the staff but with the uhaul truck that was rented out to us, the truck had some maintenance issues and I don't think the staff was aware of it until we brought it up to their attention about what the truck was doing. The staff did apologize for our experience with the truck as it was our first time renting a uhaul ever. They did work some things out with us and assured us they were going to get the issues with the truck assessed and fixed to not cause problems for future customers.

THOMAS WMy complaint isn't with the Greenbrier location, but the Conway location. I reserved a 15' truck a few days prior to my move date. When I went to pick up the truck the morning of I was informed my truck wasn't available because the previous customer failed to bring it back the night before. So rather than make arrangements to meet my reservation or inform me that morning of the issue, I was told the closest available was in Greenbrier. Since I didn't have a better option I agreed to pick up the truck at other location. Not only did I not receive an apology or compensation for their mistake, I had to pay for the additional mileage. I will not be using this service again.

JAMES TThe fellow was very knowledgeable about all the u-hauls and trailers. He founds us what we needed. He did all the work picking it up and returning the u-haul. If needed it again we would definitely use this u-haul place again.
DAIL JI had to give a $75 deposit because I used my Cash app card . Your system had it flagged as a prepaid card which it is not. I still haven't received the deposit back yet. The vendor was great but as usual corporate made the experience lesser.

JAMES DSpencer came out to meet us when we pulled in the parking lot. He was helpful and treated us respectfully taking into consideration our age. He offered to print out the contract receipt to put our minds at ease that the contract was closed. Thankfully, the truck was checked while we there because we had left sunglasses in the cab. The location was very clean and organized. It's probably the best U-Haul facility we have been to you over the years.

I dropped one off and mentiond that I needed a different one for a few days later and they made sure that they were going to have one for the timeframe that I need it in. I would definitely use them again. They were very convienant with their location directly on the highway that made for easy in and easy out

Joseph MThe mobile check in is absurd and really should not be offered. It took me 45 minutes to check in via the UHAUL app and then at mobile check out, the app would not accept upload photos of the odometer and fuel tank. I have been recommending to people NOT to use the mobile check in option if thinking of renting an UHAUL.

Emanuel DI had a car hauler reserved at the 2850 Prince St location in Conway Arkansas, the person that helped us there was great but after we got the trailer hooked up the lights on the trailer did not work. He found us another trailer at the Greenbrier location (41 North Broad St) 15 miles away. We picked up the trailer and drove back to Conway and loaded the car to be towed on the trailer and discovered the straps that go over the front tires were worn away. The ends of the straps were worn away so much that they would not reach the ratchets. I had brought my straps, so I cut one in half and looped it to the end of the existing straps and made it work. Your Maintenace of the equipment is terrible, accidents waiting to happen! Both of these trailers needs to be repaired before they are rented out again. NO lights on a trailer??? I did take photos of the short straps on the second trailer 207450 MD.

Samuel HIdk where to begin.. I was completely misquoted for starters. I had to go to multiple locations to acquire the truck and trailer. Ever chain of canned has epically failed, other than Victor; who was the only competent employee I dealt with. I was way overcharged and completely neglected by multiple chains in the command. To say I'm insulted, would be a gross understatement. I will do whatever in my capabilities to refer business elsewhere based on the callousness I've received. Victor was very polite and capable, and should get a raise.
Anthony CTrailer was not ready way out in back of location stuck in the mud had to assist worker with my 4 wheel drive to get out of water in mud went in the day before and was told they would have it ready not my duty to lock my truck in 4 wheel drive and get trail out of mud very poor service and I do rent from this location often.
Todd KBe more accurate on rather or not the equipment is available at said location. The manager of the location that I used had to delay things a bit in order to go get the equipment that I had reserved. Yet, things ended up good as far as the actual time I needed the equipment for. No extra accomidations needed by me!
