We had a great rental experience! The enclosed trailer that we rented was really nice, and the pick-up and drop-off were quick and simple. The customer service provided was excellent.

Dan DI pre booked online, they had the blankets and dolly’s that I ordered ready along with the truck. All the lights and the truck equipment checked out and I was on my way in just a few minutes. Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable and check out and return we very straightforward with no surprises.

Seth RTell ur customers CORRECT $$$ AMOUNTS!!! Before I left I was told it was .40¢ for each additional mile!!! Not no flipping $1.00 for each additional mile!!! This make for a VERY DISAPPOINTED customer!!!

MIKE CMake the self pick up and drop off easier. Not have the service engine light on. Have some power so the trucks can back up on snow.

DON HThis location was actually my second place to get a truck. The first place, S&S Rental in Redwood Falls, MN was suppose to have a truck (I had made the reservation with them and checked back in two days before pick up) but the day of pick up not only was there no truck but not even an employee to tell me that there wasn't a truck... I knew that there was a possibility that I would have to drive to get the truck (within an hour) but to have the store not even open when they were suppose to be was extremely frustrating.

RACHEL CI tried to use the website to confirm the drop-off but no matter what I did it was unable to find my current location. I had location services on and I refreshed the web page multiple times but was unable to get it to find me. I ended up just putting the keys in the drop box. This definitely isn’t a reflection on Grand Value Rental but is a direct reflection on U-Haul itself.
