When picking up the guy there was rude, unhelpful. And just seemed annoyed that he had to deal with u-haul stuff. He did not represent the brand well. The lady that was there when I dropped it off was really sweet and was great to deal with.

Reservation was clearly made for turn-in at Van, Texas as indicated on this questionnaire. However on arrival for turn-in, I was told the contract was for Eastland, Texas and I was charged $50.00+tax to turn it in at Van.

I had to go 20 miles out of my way to pick this truck up because the one I originally booked wasn't at Canton. So it cost me additional mileage. I'm fairly convinced that was on purpose so you could make more money.

I would recommend this location as a pickup point not a return since Uhaul is not moving the jam packed equipment out. These are the most helpfull and nicest people to deal with but the lot is full of your trailers. This is the third time I have tried to return trailer somewhere else but after having paperwork in hand showing Athens TX I received text to drop off in Van. ARGGGGG!

The trailer I rented was the wrong kind for the car I was going to haul. I couldnt use the trailer but she made no effort to get the right kind or to give me my money back. Wont ever go back.

Fully tighten down the tailer to the hitch and make sure all lights are working. After leaving the lot we realized the electrical cord was cut and had go buy a replacement and repair. And 100 miles into our trip the trailer came off the hitch going down the road

If a reservation is made it should take 15mins to sign paperwork hook up to trailer and be on the road , not 45 mins.

The hitch lock really needs some white lithium grease applied. It might be difficult for a person with arthritis or some other issue to properly crank it down or loosen. Everything else was great!

Extremely overpriced mileage and incredibly stressful. I will load a horse and buggy before attempting to use a U-Haul for a measly 3 hours ever again. Pricing should be prorated based on usage time. Full price for 3 hours, and a mere 60 miles round trip gives me incredible buyer's remorse.
