Jose RThis was not the location I'd booked but a further 30 minutes drive. I had a call just before I was due to pick up at my local location and was told the previous renter had extended their rental and the closest alternate vehicle was at the Monroe location. No complaints about the service but the Monroe site is very small and located behind another business and is not immediately obvious from the highway. The Monroe location did not have all the furniture pads I'd ordered. I was annoyed by the inconvenience I bore because of another customer's failure to return yet no compensation from U-Haul

MICA BHad to wait on a busy street for owner who finally showed up after 9:15 AM..to open a locked gate. He was non-apologetic and extremely unfriendly. The facility is so crammed full of junk there is only one lane in and out. This place is a disgrace and reflects very poorly on the U_HAUL brand. I refuse to use this location for any type service in the future.

Billy ECustomer service was absolutely horrible and the dude i picked up the uhaul from was horrible as well. Extremely unprofessional. I will never use them again unless it's for very short trips.

Kennith TNothing against the guy helping me when I got there. He was very helpful. However, U-Haul lost my reservation(twice). Once for the original trailer and once for a storage unit. U-Haul was horrible overall, as a company, as for competency and efficiency. The representatives were nice individually.

IAN ZI am very upset with u haul. I will not use u haul again or recommend the rental. I never received a call or message as to where I was supposed to pick up my rental. On the morning of my rental, I showed up to my preferred location and guess what, NO TRUCK! The employees was not helpful to located where my truck was. He gave me a telephone no. to call. I called the no. and after a 25-minute wait I had to hang up. My wife was able to make contact with another rental location who was able to look up my reservation but was told that my pickup was 35 MILES away from my preferred location. This place was a tire shack! When I arrived to pick up my rental the only person available was a guy in the middle of changing tires on a vehicle. When I ask about picking up my rental, he asks me to wait 10 minutes so he could finish with the tires on the vehicle. I watch him as he finally checked in the truck which had just been returned by another customer. While the truck was clean of dirt and debris there was no cleaning of the interior for the covid virus! No spraying or wiping down of the interior. I just pray that the person who rented the truck before me was not infected with the covid virus!! Not only did the addition drive time cost me time it cost me an extra 34 miles on the rental, which caused me to have to pay addition mileage fees plus the cost of fuel for that distance. I made this reservation over 3 weeks ago There is no reason that the truck I needed was not available at my preferred location. I would have made other arrangements if I had known that I was going to drive 35 miles out of my way to pick up the rental. (I'm sure that's why you didn't tell me where my truck pickup would be!) To top it off no one contacted me to confirm the location of the rental. If I had known the correct location it could have save me a lot of time. Your service is terrible!
Mark ROwner was extremely rude and felt it was necessary to speak to me as if I was a child. I explained to him I attempted to drop the vehicle the night prior, but his gate was locked to the property. I also explained that when I looked at the hours on U-haul website it showed he would not open until 9am that next day. This would put me past my due time of 8am. He stated he was there by 8am and I stated there was no way for me to know he was going to be there at 8am when his hours were listed as opening at 9am. He also stated he attempted to call me prior to my arrival but I did not receive a call. He then stated that it was past 9am of my arrival. The time in which I arrived was approximately 915am, which was past 8am anyways even if it were to be right at 9. I stated to him that it was due at 8am anyways and didnt have a choice to be late, because I only had his listed hours to go off of. There was a delay due to traffic. The manner in which he spoke to me was very unprofessional and he felt as if it was necessary to lecture and argue with me instead of understanding I only had his listed hours to operate off of. I did not want to continue the argument so I retrieved the vehicle key from the cab, gave it to him, told him to have a good day and walked away in which he proceeded to yell at me that he was going to mark it as late regardless and I stated to him that I would deal with Uhaul instead of him.

KEITH BVery primitive Uhaul location. Was under the impression I could pick up truck without going to counter by pre-registering. Impossible at this location. Only employee was leaving location when I arrived. Another minute and I could not have picked up truck.

MARVIN CLocation was not the problem, I thought I was at a junk yard, very tight quarters, office and yard was a mess! I would find a better business to pick up a u-haul!

CHESTER SOwners was not present, actually drove off as I was arriving, said he would be back in 10-15 mins when I called him (actually acknowledged that he had seen me as he left the lot) and was 35 mins in returning. Made me late for my pick up of furniture. Was very rude when I called back to question how he had handled the payment process. Did not explain what he was doing at the time and therefore the paperwork made it look like he charged me twice. Hung up on me when I called to question it. Very upsetting experience all the way around. Truck was good though.

Kenneth VIt was 11 miles to the place that had a 10' truck. If I had known this I would have gotten a bigger truck in Loganville. It would have been cheaper. I returned it with a 1/4 tank more gas. I paid $96 for a $19.99 truck. I am livid and I have used haul all my life. I tried talking to the man where I picked it up but he wouldn't hear of it. I wanted to cancel physical damage insurance but he said I couldnt

Keith PLooked like somewhere that people cook meth. Didnt feel safe, had a scheduled after hours drop and there was no drop box. This is not a suitable place for uhaul and I expected better.

Regnald ATruck was excellent and extrremely clean. However.. Attendant was Rude. unfriendly. Unprofessional. Seemed like he didnt like America or Americans. Even commented megatively on my English.... Place was filthy.. Full of.cats and trash and attendant smelled like body odor.

Ada LI am a woman. It's at a tire shop on a dirt road in the country owned by a man. The owner is a nice guy, straight forward and genuine. He's a straight shooter. He doesn't try to take advantage or oversell you but he is helpful and willing to do what he needs to to help you showing you that he appreciates your business. I have rented from a lot of places, this isn't the prettiest place but I keep going back here because he is an honest guy and you feel that when you deal with him. I wrote this review for those who still values good old fashioned customer service. Just don't judge the book by its cover and you will have a great experience with him. I wish that he could train other business how to handle their U-haul rentals because I have had my fair share of train wrecks dealing with U-haul due to franchises trying to take advantage of people in need of U-Haul services and I have used U-haul in NY, Virginia and Georgia.
Yvonne LCustomer service was awful and the guy was very rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I was even charged $20 more then what I was told when I made the reservation. I wouldn't go back to this location even if the truck was free.
Donald WOperator at this location is not very friendly and makes you think that he’s doing you a favor to just let you rent a U-Haul truck that you have paid for and could have went elsewhere which next time I will.

Michael HI got to this place no one came out I finally found a guy he said leave it over thier I said are you going to help me he said no went back in side. I just had hip replacement and had to unhook and move my self. I then went in and said do you want to do a walk around he said no

Blake RWas in a automotive garage and had to wait for owner to take time out from working on cars. Was given key to truck and shown gas level and mileage but was not told anything else. The truck drove like it was not in gear the entire trip. I only found out after dropping the truck off in Florida that I had been driving it in tow mode and got only 8 miles per gallon in mileage. I should have gotten at least 12 miles per gallon based on past usage of trucks. It should not have cost me $200 in Gas fill ups to go 500 miles.
joe wThere is no way to describe this location other than scary. My friend who was dropping me off did not feel comfortable leaving me. In addition to the sketchy, filthy shack that was the office, the person working was unfriendly and had us wait and wait while he completed what appeared to be a personal call.
Mary BThe UHaul dealer fussed at me for arriving at 11:00 when that was the appointment time. He made us wait until he finished servicing a car before he would rent the truck to us. The UHaul Place closed at 4:30 and we arrived at 4:00 and he was nowhere to be found. We called the UHaul customer service center and was told that was our problem. He finally showed up at 4:30 and could not have been any more rude. Next time I will use Penske!
