The link to the directions from the text message didn't bring us to the right place, it showed it was on the other side of the street.

John H.Yes somewhat I would recommend this site. I had to drive to location to pay and sign contract. I rented this for my niece's move and my brother was driving. Had to take time off from work to do it and drive 1 1/2 hours one way to take care of it. I think all could have been handled online this day and she. Needed me there because it was my card. It was inconvenient.

Wayne C.We were told this location would be open until 3 p.m. on Saturday 12/23 - when we got there at approx 1 p.m. it was closed (we put keys in lockbox) - We were charged for extra mileage (not ethical in my opinion!) - We would not have had the extra mileage if things would have gone as planned (drop off in Park Rapids) - If I knew we were not able to drop off in Park Rapids I likely would have not chosen to use UHaul - So I am the one who had to pay extra?? It really does not make sense to me (we returned the vehicle early)...I was also charged a $25.00 cleaning fee - If someone would have been at the drop off location - I would have gladly used a broom or something to sweep out the back (??) - Instead, I am penalized with a "cleaning fee" - The whole experience (outside of the vehicle itself) was rather disappointing.

Truck was a little dirty on the floor in the cab, but nothing unreasonable, and we could take pictures to document that we got it that way. The box wad immaculate and the truck was full of fuel and ran well/had low miles.

Hunter B.Your electronic checkin is a fail. Verified my location, sent pic of odometer reading, hit continue and.... nothing. Hit continue 3 more times with same result before the whole mess disappeared. Took 2 more days before the charges were FINALLY emailed to me today. Made 2 additional stops Friday the 24th, and Saturday the 25 to try to find out what was going on, but nobody was there. Make your own hours , I guess.

Gregory T.The hutch had significant damage. Glass panel was shattered, the back was cracked and a large piece of the trim was snapped off. Very sad. The mover who delivered it said the tie used to secure it was too tight. We have filed a claim for damages.
