After dropping off the truck at this location I was told everything was complete and nothing else I needed to do. 2 days Later Uhaul sent me I notice, and I received a phone call, stating that I had not dropped off the truck.

Needs more parking and clean up that backyard where he is storing the trailers and trucks.

Get rid of this location, I felt like I could get mugged at any moment. It was part of a gas station and you will miss the U-Haul sign if you’re not looking hard for it. I had to wait over an hour after my scheduled pickup time for the guy that deals with U-Hauls to arrive. He was nice and all but U-Haul really needs to do a better job in training for these “neighborhood” locations. Turns out later that two of the tires were also leaking air and had to be replaced. If you rent a U-Haul, always get the $5 roadside and extra insurance, you don’t want to be held liable for the condition of the equipment. And lastly, the location did not have the moving equipment I ordered, ex. Dollys, blankets, etc. Stay away from “neighborhood dealers” if possible and stick to an actual full service U-Haul location.

Keep the trucks clean! People are moving vulnerable and valuable things in your truck to get a sub par vehicle! I have pictures to show !

I was triple charge for the rental of the truck plus I was charge a gas fuel in charge when I filled the truck up at the gas station that I Rented the truck from I’m very disappointed I was given a truck that was a messsss that was hauling feces and some other things ! I have pictures to follow !

Reservation was made for 8. Representative with truck key was not scheduled to be at location until 9. Which meant an hour of waiting time. Other than that, no complaints.

no one was at the location when I arrived. I had to wait ten minutes for him to come and give me the truck.

Truck was dirty and gas gauge was on a quarter of a tank but marked at half. The dealer didn’t discuss this with me because his printer didn’t work. Crooks!

Not very welcoming at all. They acted like I was a bother

Despite scheduling a month in advance, on the day before I am to pick it up the location is changed to one 15 minutes out of my way. Once I get there the computer system is down for over an hour plus the truck there is not mine. I did eventually get a truck but it did not have the 24 blankets I requested nor did it have the dolly.
