MAYA BThe truck I received seemed older with 130,000 miles on it. The door seals were bad so there was a lot of road noise. Also, the seals let moisture in to the cab which condensed on the wind shield and windows overnight. Lastly, there was no usb or electrical outlet. There was a place for one, but it was just an open hole in the dashboard.

Alan MCab was infested with ants, someone had previously, spilled a drink on the dash and it was not cleaned up. Was in a hurry didn’t have time to switch out. Believe I was over charged, received a link 20 minutes after I dropped the uhaul off and was unable to verify the return information.

Jonathan DFirst off, I filled the tank of gas up to the 3 quarter mark as was needed but still got charged for another 7 gallons of gas which was probably to fill the truck up. Second I ordered this truck from a nearby location and was switched to a further location last minute. If you have a $50 guarantee that the truck would be available at the location I ordered it then the $50 should be reimbursed. At a minimum the mileage should have been subtracted. Overall this was a horrible experience costing me around $75 to $100 more than it should have. I have had good Uhaul experiences in the past but this was an extremely poor experience.
James MUpon arrival, our U-Haul was given away to another family. We put too much gas in when we returned the truck, i would recommend reimbursing for over compensated gas.
Sydney HOverall my experience was not great! I had to pick up at location further then my first choice. Then I had to return to a location because the closer location was not on the list. When attempting to call a representative to change drop off location, I was given the wrong information. Nothing was easy and in the end, had to pay 30 extra miles!!!! Had I been able to pick up/drop off at locations of my choice… I would have not been over. This was not cool and extremely frustrating! I am not a happy customer!
Rebekah HThese are some of the best folks I’ve ever dealt with ,they are very friendly and very helpful.When I was calling around and looking for a storage building they were so nice and personable where a couple others at other places acted like you were inconveniencing them,so I knew this was the place for me and I wasn’t wrong,Dwayne was exceptionally helpful and caring and I am truly thankful.The storage building was a reasonably priced and the truck was fine especially the second one it was very clean and reasonably priced.I hope and pray I never have to move again but if I do I know exactly where I will go. angela pA little Cheaper for as little as I used it. I only drove it 5 miles and it cost me $40 and I only had to put in a Gallon of gas. I toke my stuff to a Flea Market to sell, can't fit that much stuff in my Car. Cheaper rate for trips under 10 miles would help a lot.
Patrick PTrucks were parked in a muddy lot on the side of the road. Truck was dirty both in the cab and the box. Location made parking tuck after rental difficult.
