I don't believe the person that checked me in so I could pick up the truck was properly trained on the computer and how to read and navigate the Uhaul reservation software. Or it was her first day operating the software. Regardless she was stressed over it for sure. Halfway through the checking in so I could pick the truck up, I verbally confirmed with her that I had a dolly with my reservation and she had trouble reading the software that would allowed her confirmation. The person that helped check in the truck back in when I was finished was awesome and new their stuff. I would for sure come back if I needed to rent another truck because of the location and accessibility. However I felt bad for the checking in person, you could tell it was stressing her out a bit.

It’s okay that there isn’t a uhaul desk at this convenience store. But the staff was rude. Moreover they would not help unhitch the trailer. He said he didn’t know how and wasn’t going to help attempt. How can you possibly be responsible for U-HAUL services and not know how to unhitch or even offer to help. Luckily, 2 local guys getting gas helped me unhitch.

nothing the staff was so nice and the app was so easy to use! love it! I remember the old days where it was such a hassle, but this was simple!

we were over charged for 75 miles. the clerk at gas and spirits said he was having computer trouble, he ignored me when I asked what the mileage was. and couldn't come up with a receipt. when it was emailed we seen the milage. we drove 51 miles, and were charged for 126 mi. that really sucked. it cost enough to move without this crap.

I was originally suppose to get the truck from the lake St. Louis location. I arrived in lake saint Louis and they didn’t have a truck for me and told me i had to drive an hour away to a different location and there was nothing they could do. I also had to pay for a bigger truck than i needed because they didn’t have the smaller truck i had reserved.

When I went on your website and I clicked website it said I was at the Moscow Mills location and I reserved the trailer then I looked at the directions and it took me to the Moscow Mills location. When I went to pick up the trailer at Moscow Mills they told me my reservations were with the Troy location so I had to go down to HWY U to turn around and go to Troy to get the trailer the manager wasn’t willing to work with me to compensate for the confusion. And it put my whole day off by an hour and a half because the Troy location was having trouble with their internet. But because of the confusion and putting me behind by an hour and a half my father in law missed an important meeting I will not deal with U Haul again.

Lack of knowledge and communication regarding drop off. Left dolly in the truck, and then was co texted as though I did not. Also, was contacted regarding the truck, as I dropped.off about 7 hours after pickup, and they wanted information regarding the drop off.

Have one person designated to do just U_Haul. Had to wait to long to check in and check out. Truck needed some maintenance. Was not safe to drive over 65 mph. Front end shook and rattled.
