I never received an email receipt, there was an egg in the truck that was not seen until stepped on and almost fell because of, corporate did not have reservation correct and then it took 45 minutes for rental to actually happen during pick up, no fault of employee on site

I was charged an entire extra day of rental because I was late returning by 45 min due to heavy traffic from an accident on interstate 70. I believe this is a poor excuse to money grab from me.

Showed up for a rental I reserved online for Saturday at 11 am. Showed up right after 11 and the guy says the equipment was “stolen” off the lot. So I then had to drive 20 miles the other direction to go through an hour of “the system isn't working and my boss won't answer the phone” and “I don't have time for this” from the employee from the little gas station that also rents uhauls. Needs less to say if I wasn't 4 hours from home and in need of the equipment I reserved I would have just walked out. Made my 7 hour trip turn into a 10 hour trip.

Clerks were very rude . When I dropped off the clerk told me I was going to get charged for gas even though I showed him on the pick up ticket that it was only half a tank. Then he told me he was to busy to check it in even though there were no customers in the store . I will not go back

Well the girl that worked there was great. The equipment was falling apart as well as malfunctioning. I tried calling the number on my invoice. No answer... I requested a refund and have yet to even receive a call back...

I was working on a timeline so I decided to do the preregistration, get the trailer paid for and minimize my time in line. When I got to the pick up place, there was already a couple in front of me that was having issues with picking up a trailer. When it finally became my turn, the attendant told me to go check it out. He originally wanted me to sign off on it sight unseen, I told him there was no way I was signing for anything until looking at the equipment. I specifically asked if the trailers on the Northside of the building were the only ones available. He indicated that yes, indeed they were all that were available. When I went out to the section he indicated the trailer that was assigned to me was not in the line up. I compared the equipment number and the plates and neither matched. I went back in and asked if those were the only trailers available and he indicated yes. He came out and looked with me and was clearly flustered. I pointed to a lone trailer in the far Southern corner of the lot and asked if that was the one. It was clearly marked one way intown, he said no it wasn't. We went in and he started with the other couple again. At this point my timeline was blown completely out of the water, I went from an hour ahead of schedule to running way behind. He got another gentleman on the phone who was extremely helpful, but he handed me the phone and me and a gentleman who didn't really know what was going on had to figure it out. I told him about the lone trailer and he asked me to check it out. I did and it ended up being the trailer I specifically asked about. To say that the attendant was less than helpful is a gross understatement.

The truck was dirty an the drivers window was not working. The handle was broken it fell off in my hand when I whent to roll the window down because the truck smells bad to me. The back was not very clean either.

I was able to reserve a 15-footer online, which was what I needed. Then I got a call saying the 15-footer wasn't available. It was nice to have the same price for 26-footer, except that had a TON more space than I needed. Not a big deal, but driving a 26-footer is a beast. I appreciated the price staying the same. But I noticed when I was using the app that other locations said they wouldn't have a 15-footer, which is why I ended up at the location I did, because it DID have a 15-footer. Anywho, not a big deal.

When I booked my UHAUL truck I picked a location about 8 miles from my location but when I was contacted to go pick up my truck it was located 65 miles away. Make sure you have a rental at the desired pick up location

I arrived and fueled the truck there. I went in and dropped of the key to check in. By this time it was after the dropoff time by 10 minutes. So they charged me a second day.

We have rented many uhauls in the past and this truck was by far the roughest and worst ride yet. Not sure if the truck needs new shocks or tires or what. You could see where drinks had spilled on the floor, likely because the ride was so bouncy and the truck smelled of B O so much we had to go back into the store to buy and air freshener.

The truck that was issued to us should have never been on the road. It had alignment issues that were so bad that one side of the front driver's tire was bald. The cab of the truck shook horribly. I feared for my parents' safety while we were on the road, but it took us over a half hour to reach someone on the Uhaul emergency line and they promptly transferred my husband to customer service. He was then told by the automated system that it would be another 46 minute wait. We were caught in a terrible predicament.

I would recommend uhaul but not the location we rented the truck from. The first girl wouldn't even go outside and show us what truck it was ( because it was raining) the ne t day the other girl didn't know anything about uhaul ( she wasn't trained) . I have rented from them before with no problem. This time mileage and gas was all wrong . When had to take photos because she wouldn't go look.

The location clerks were rude, lazy, and unhelpful. The clerk at pick up was very rude and condescending. He actually was mad that I rented from him didn't want to help me because in his own words “he was too busy running the gas station “. The clerk at pick up was clearly stoned and said to just leave the trailer and he'd close the ticket in a few days when he had time. I of course called uhaul customer service and told the representative the situation, and she stepped in and fixed the issue immediately. She really was the glowing light to an otherwise terrible experience. The trailers all sit on the ground without the prop stands that are used at every other uhaul facility I l've been to. This makes it extremely difficult to pick up and get on the hitch. Had I been weaker or had medical issues, there is no way I could have hooked up the trailer myself.

I reserved a 9x5 trailer with a ramp and 2 furniture dollies using the online reservation system. When I picked up the trailer they did not have any furniture dollies. Why did your system let me reserve them if they were not available?. I ended up purchasing 2 furniture dollies from a local tractor supply TSC that had them in stock. Please fix your reservation system.

Make sure vehicle has working headlight and window cranks are functional. Driver side headlight was out and driver side window crank would not stay on making it difficult to lower/raise window. Interior of truck was not cleaned.

there is always grease in the bottom of your enclosed trailers. every time I rent one. i always throw down a plastic tarp to protect my belongings. I am not blaming the pickup location because it happens when i get them in ohio too.

This is the second time we have used this location for a rental truck. Both times they had issues with their computers, which delayed check in by several minutes. The location was convenient and they have long business hours (located in liquor store) which is nice for pick up and drop off.

Because the business I rented from also was a Convenient store, gas station, liquor shop and U-Haul rental center I had to wait in line at eight in the morning while the clerk took care of 5 to 7 other people buying booze and cigarettes. wasting my time.

Well for starters, when a customer books a rental at Rehmann Moving and Storage in Old Monroe, MO but that truck breaks down how about getting another truck there for the customer rather than making them drive 6 miles up the road for another truck.

I am beyond furious!!! I had to wait to return the truck due to a shift change...then the guy said I would take awhile so he was going to check out other customers first... All of this is while my ride home was waiting after an exhausting two days of moving. Then this morning, I wake to a receipt that I was charged for an extra day... Apparently, after the guy wrote the mileage on a piece of paper, entered the time to be 30 minutes AFTER it was due...which was inaccurate... Now, I have wasted more of MY TIME trying to get my $40 back... What a HUGE WASTE of time over 2 days!!!

Truck was dirty the furniture blankets were missing. The dolly was rolling around loos in the back. The truck was out of gas. I returned after 33 miles and added 2 gallons of gas in the parking lot and was still charged 71 dollars for gas service. What a rip off.

Take this pickup location off your list!!! there's only one dude working there and he doesn't want to do U-haul, I waited through 9 other customers and 20min later, after I told him I was picking up a trailer, I asked him to take care of my pickup because I had to go, he cussed me out called me a F@#%ing B@#ch, said he won't even give me the trailer... I'd say this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced but that would imply there was some kind of customer service to begin with. This pickup location is hurting your reputation!!!
