This location did not have pads or boxes as I requested. The place had sewer odor inside the building, making it impossible to even go into the facility. I was told to be there at 9 am. No one was onsite. Someone finally arrived after 10 am and told me I had to go to the University U-haul to get pads and blankets. I originally reserved my vehicle at the University location, but U-haul changed it. I wasted hours to try and get everything done. Rented from U-haul many times, but will consider other options in the future.shawn B.

We had dropped off the U-Haul with the dolly in the cabin part of the truck so would not get stolen or damaged we had called up there many times cuz we had left a pillow inside the U-Haul but the guy mentioned he would call us back as soon as he got in there to let us know that he was there but he never did call the U-Haul itself was completely cleaned cabin and the back but we are still being charged for a cleanup of the U-Haul we took pictures of the cabin and the back part of the truck showing that it was completely cleaned why did we get charged a cleanup fee. Also when we got the truck it was on half a tank of gas U-Haul is now saying that it was just above half a tank of gas which is false.Jacob S.

I wanted to do the pick-up in person during the listed store hours, but I was called by Uhaul and told I needed to do a mobile pick-up because the person will not be at the store. Then none of the extra stuff I ordered (dollies and blankets) were in the truck. And it was only half full of gas.Jeffery B.

Very personable and easy to work with. Our original pick up location got changed and when we showed up at our scheduled time we had to call a number posted on the door. The very nice gentleman said he didn't open for another hour but would be right there. He was there in less than 10 minutes.Christopher R.

Nobody present on site at time listed on website. Had to call to get someone to come in and get me truck keys and sign papers to get started. Was notified I left a set of keys in the rental truck. Set up a time to pick up at 11:00 am and again nobody present. Was told they had errands to run and would give me a call when available. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.THOMAS R.

Was charged 4 days when I only had it for 3. Called uhaul customer service about it, and apparently I had to click a link in my email to complete the drop off after leaving the key in the box. Because I didnt do that, I'm charged an entire day rental fee? The key was in the box and the truck was in the lot BEFORE HE WAS EVEN OPEN. I'm pretty outraged about it. $40 isn't a lot of money, but the fact that my original reservation WASNT SET UP FOR AN ONLINE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT. I was called ONE HOUR before my original reservation for a 26' truck and was told that I not only had to go to a different location, but I also was getting a smaller truck. The service rep made this new reservation the 24/7 pick up and drop off. So thanks for the $50 for my trouble with that, but then I Turn around and am charged an extra $40?? Absolutely a terrible experience with uhaul across THREE contact points. Two physical locations and the customer service line. NEVER AGAIN.KEVIN M.

I had to wait about 20 minutes for the manager to arrive. He told me to call him before I got there. When I called him telling him I was almost there...5 minutes away he told me to call back when I was sitting in the lot. I did and it took him the 20 minutes to arrive. I hooked up my own trailer before he arrived and checked lights. He was upset because I hooked it up but I didn't want to wait. The trailer had mud inside which I never cleaned out because I hauled a golf cart but it was not clean on pick up. Overall very disappointing.John B.

The truck was dirty inside. Clearly not sanitized. Cigarette ash on dash, opened packet of mayonnaise on floor, overall dirty. Truck did not ride very well. Checked air in tires and one needed air. I think we deserve a credit of some kind for this situation.RANDY K.

He gave us no walk through , told us it's over there go ahead , there was ashes in the ashtray , the man there over charged us when it was suppose to be .69$ per mile he charged my card 1.09$ per mile and then wasn't there when I went to drop it off he closed early he said. , then he asked me to take a picture of the mileage and the gas so he could check it in remotely I am not happy with the experienceCHRISTY W.

It looked like my vehicle hadn't been cleaned since the last driver. The cab was dirty and had trash on the drivers side floor. The gas tank was less than a 4th of the way full and there was a broken mirror in the back left from the last renters.Gabrielle C.
