I had a reservation. Nobody was at the location for my pick up. It took over 40 minutes for someone to get there. I was told it had a full tank when I finally got someone on the phone but in fact it was almost empty. The truck wasn’t swept out prior to my getting it. This is the worst location by far I have ever picked up from. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I wish I had read reviews on this location prior, but was trying to use location based on location.

This location is in a very questionable area. No one acknowledged me even after speaking to them they just turned and walked away. The truck was dirty with only 12 miles left before it ran out of gas that’s not safe. The truck had a huge whole in tire, rim bent. Did not get the appliance dolly that I paid for. Will never go there again

The location was well kept & clean. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. The young lady that checked me out was very pleasant and helpful. The Van was clean & had an air freshener in it. But had a slit Oder of a wet dog. This is not a reflection on the U Haul operators at this location. It appeared an effort had been made to neutralize it. Van drove good air worked grate. Would defiantly use Front Street Market location again was verry convenient to the venue.

I booked my rental from 9am to 9pm. Was told when I arrived they had triple booked my rental for 4pm and 5pm that day and needed it back by then. I told them I rented it first and I could possibly do that. When I returned the "agent" got mad at me because I refused to back the vehicle into a tight spot. Thats not my job. I adked for a receipt and he said they dont have one and they would email it. I received nothing. Terrible location, terrible employee.

There were no parking spaces. I had to park the truck behind another one blocking the other trucks that were parked in spaces. A vehicle pulled in the parking lot prior to entering the lot but the occupants appeared to not be customers or employees since they never left the vehicle. They parked next to another vehicle that had occupants. Dropping off the rental and the return process was good.

Extremely unprofessional, waited lan hour for the employee to arrive and give us access to the vehicle, she claimed she lived far away so that is why she was over an hour late. Extremely inconvenient when you’re working on a tight schedule. While we were waiting we tried to contact someone and was unable to reach anyone to help.

We reserved truck pickup in one location. U-Haul changed to a 2nd location, then to a 3rd location. We went to pick up truck and the place was locked. No instructions on how to pick up truck and finally called U-Haul to find out that we needed an app to pick up truck. Thank God one of us had a smart phone, but needed to call U-Haul Customer Service to get help getting to key. We have used U-Haul many, many times. This was, by far, the worst experience ever. We are 70 years old and using a phone to pick up and drop off a U-Haul was exhausting and frustrating. I do appreciate the lady on the phone who stayed with us during the pickup process. Never again. Customers should know ahead of time if a place is closed/just a pickup location with no personal customer service. This experience just added to the overall frustration of moving. In addition, truck wasn't really 'clean', but it was acceptable since it appears U-Haul doesn't clean out trucks the way they used to.

Agent at pickup didn't know how to complete my paperwork. He had to FaceTime someone on his cellphone and they had to walk him step by step while he had his phone facing the computer screen. Afterwards it took him 50 minutes to find the key to the lockbox to get the keys to the truck. After trying several times and coming back and forth from the outside looking thru things he didn't have the right key and had to call someone to bring him another key. My overall experience was a pure nightmare because I was given the wrong size truck, apparently my rental was mixed up with someone else. I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone. Thanks to my drop off location they were able to figure out what the problem was and they assured me that I would be getting reimbursed for the wrong size truck they gave me

Only have complements. The agent at the pickup location was an excellent U-Haul agent. Her shop was clean and business like. She was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. The truck was ready and the checkout completed efficiently.

You can make sure the trucks has gas in them before a customer picks them up. Thie truck only had 1/4 tank of gas in it

Ordered and paid for dolly which was not in truck. Had to sweep out dirty truck before we could load anything on it. There was not a full tank of gas so had to gas up. Keys were not easily accessible due to lock box number on reservation being wrong. Manager had to meet us there to unlock a different box for us. He was responsive and helpful though so we were not too late to meet the laborers.

find a better location than Front St. No place to park the trucks. Really bad neighborhood. Was solicited by a prostitute 30 seconds after pulling up. No, declined her offer! go there for yourself and call me a liar. sorry, not sorry, do better!

Everything on the vehicle was incorrect. Wrong gas and mileage. Location attempted to charge me double. I spoke with on-site uhaul rep and had ot resolved and here we are a month later and they are attempting to charge the card on file again. I am done with uhaul.

I’ve rented at least 5 Uhauls this year and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The location was horrible! The truck was full of trash, dead bugs(roaches) and broken glass and lightbulbs. The check engine light was on, and the gas was Almost empty! The dash indicates there was only 25 miles to empty. I ordered a dozen blankets… and there was NONE. I had to fill the gas, clean the truck and find blankets before I could even get my move started. HORRIBLE experience!!!

I was threatened and kicked out for questioning the fuel reading when I had a photo of the fuel gauge. It spoiled my whole experience. Doubtful I will rent from U-Haul again. I will be reviewing on google. Nightmare!

This rental started out with picking up a truck from Port City Outdoors. The truck was in a terrible state. You could smell exhaust in the cab. The seats wouldn’t move. The mirrors wouldn’t adjust . The radio didn’t work and the engine was skipping. The truck needs to be junked. It took 5 calls to Uhaul to get something different and then the place we got a van from was moldy and seedy. We spent a large part of our day working out the rental issues. The people at Port City Outdoors couldn’t have cared less. The dispatcher at the Uhaul place was rude and wouldn’t even give us his name. Terrible experience.

Fraudulently used my debit card unauthorized without me knowing on 7/22/22 for $33.67. Atiba & Kevin is a private seller of uhaul and should NEVER be trusted. They saved my debit card information the first time I paid on 7/13/22, when Atiba said,”just to pay $263.97 and we are good no more payment.” I’m HIGHLY PISSED UPSET :-(

We have uHaul countless times over the past decade and have grown accustom to the customer services, even celebrated the effeciency usually experienced thanks to the mobile app. However, this time we were shocked when we learned that we were getting the truck from a different location, not via phone or even email as we had been alerted in the past. Instead we were smart enough to log into the app right before we left to pick up the truck, to learn that we were picking up a truck several miles away instead of .5 miles away. In the past, we always got an email or call from a customer representative. We were also shocked to find the tank almost on empty, instead of filled. We had the pleasure of starting the move process with the anxiety of getting to the nearest gas station, as quickly as possible. As a repeat customer of uHaul, we were disappointed not to experience the same efficient, communicative customer service we have experienced in the past.

I drove 45 total miles and returned the vehicle with the appropriate amount of gas in the tank, but I was charged for 86 miles and 9.40 for fuel. This location ripped me off, possibly let someone else drive the vehicle after I returned it and charged it to my account.
