The only problem was I had ordered an appliance dolly and they didn't have one, but that wasn't there fault. Great group of people there at Franks.
Charles HI dropped the truck off on Sunday and the lobby was not open at the time. I called them to tell them about the very bad headlights on the truck.
Dixie FIt was very easy to drop the truck off. Very helpful personnel and easy to find. I was happy Ulysses had a drop off location.
Debra JThe windshield was dirty. I stopped and washed it before driving the UHaul. The interior wasn't horrible, but it definitely hadn't been cleaned before I drove it.

Randall MThe afternoon before our morning pickup in Bonner Springs Kansas, our pickup location was changed to Westport Missouri. We cannot go to Missouri without having to quarantine for 14 days because of where we work. After some tears and pleading, they were able to find us a truck closer to home.

RENE GAt pick up location where I reserved the truck they were good but then I received a text from the 800 # and was told I couldn't have the truck I reserved because someone else rented it and wasn't going to have it back in time for me to get it. Also Nate at the 800 # was so rude and very unprofessional. I had to hire someone to take me to Ulysses, Kansas to get a truck from there. I had to spend extra money for gas to get back home. They allotted me extra mileage but nothing for fuel or my extra time or the person I had to get us their and back. Then when we got ready to leave for Colorado we found out that none of the lights in the trailer worked so we had to drive to Colorado with no lights. Very POOR service from U-Haul and nobody cares because you got your money. I'm extremely dissatisfied with your service and would not recommend U-Haul to anyone else due to the fact of how I was treated. I feel I am do some sort of reimbursement because of all the bad service that I received.
JOAN HNot sure she read my contract well as I had a three day extension she didn’t seem to catch.
CLAYETTA WThey did not know how to properly hook up a trailer. They insisted on hooking it up however the nob to tighten against the jaw was 3 turns loose they twisted the saftey chains which is illeagle in ks. They did not cross the saftey chains. The break chain was not properly hooked up. Once i fixed all that i opened the back end of the trailer to find all kinds of trash and dirt and corn on the floor I had to remove befor use.i had to wait for several min. While the owner called somone who was not at the location to come check it out to me. All around it was a very poor customer service and a bad experiance.

Loni Sdoing the contract over a phone will cost you more money. uhaul operators will make costly mistakes. my contract was for one way,and drop off.got calls looking for trailer. and more money for wrong drop off location. costly lesson learned. terrible
Michael BWe paid full price for a trailer to haul across the state that had no right tail light/ blinker. Couldn't reach anyone to swap out the trailer because it was a Sunday so had to drive across the state of Kansas, hauling a highly valuable classic car, risking a ticket/accident bc we couldn't signal our turns.

Dale BThe lady who first helped me (think her name was Jill) was awsome! Beyond that not so much. When it was time to return the trailer I called to check hours of operation. A guy ( sounded older ) answered the phone like I was bothering him. His tone was very off putting. He proceeded to speak condescending like I was supposed to know by memory his hours of operation and the process of leaving which documents in a drop box. I arrived 11 minutes past the time they were supposed to be closed but the bay doors were open and customers standing around. I thought "oh good I dont have to leave docs in a drop box and can physically speak to someone" unfortunately it was the same grouchy old man. I was having trouble getting the hitch off so I asked what to do. He said " you know, we are closed but I guess we can wait on you" then turned his back to me uttered something in Spanish to another guy and walked away.Not thx for your business sir, please come again sir, nothing. Worst customer service in a long time. NEVER GOING BACK THERE.
david bInitial reservation was ok. Very helpful and knowledgable. Pickup was another story. Only one non-english speaking person was in the facility. They said 10-15 minutes. I waited 20. I then called the number left on a voice mail indicating my pickup time was almost over due. She helped me check out and confirmed hookup by pic. There were various individuals in and out and when I went inside to let them know I had completed checkout by phone the individual (a different person than above) was non-chalant, like ok we let people come and take our trailers without helping or asking questions all the time. Not necessarily a bad experience, but definitely different than what I have experienced in more urban locations.
Ron KI've used them a couple times and they are always very nice to work with. But none of the uhauls in the area had the bigger truck I actually needed. So I wasn't able to get all of my stuff moved. I wish they had the can or pick up trucks at these locations as well, many times I needed one but they weren't available. So them I had to find an alternative.

Stanley HThis wasn't the original pick up place. It was to be in Garden City, but uhaul made it right. Have no complaint's at all.
Ruth WThe truck steering is very loose. It also pulls to the left a lot. That was hard to deal with for a 23 hour drive. I have blisters from trying to keep the truck straight.
Tammy GKeep a better inventory locally so people dont have to drive 1 hour out of their way to rent equipment.
