Do your job and create a contract during pick up like you are supposed to and don't force them to drive a truck illegally! My family and I could have went to jail if pulled over or in an accident because there was nothing in the system proving I rented this truck! It would have been considered stolen! This location is always top notch the uhaul company failed. I ordered an appliance dolly. Yes location didn't have they call uhaul and sent me to pick it up at another location. That didn't have either and didn't know I was coming. Uhaul failed me not once but twice.William G.

First off the gas wasn't on a full tank it was at a quarter tank of gas and they charged me for a full tank of gas wtf .then the ride was very uncomfortable it was the bouchiest trucki ever drove it needs new tires for a great ride and was dirty I had to clean it up when I got to the house with it for my trip I have pictures of it I would show but nowhere to put pictures on here to show I would not recommend this truck at all for service to anyone I will rent budget or hertz next timeROBERT H.

The truck was not that clean inside, but that's not the reason for the bad review. First off I had to drive a bigger truck than I had reserved, so I spent twice as much gas as I should have. 2nd the truck breaks we're messed up and it made a roaring noise and vibrated so bad the whole trip we thought the wheels were gonna fall off. So it cost we way more than I should have had to pay and I'm prob gonna have a chiropractor bill from the rough ride.Marcus W.

the trailer had not been cleaned prior to my pickup as I learned when i dropped off the blankets and dollie that was in the trailer was to have been removed as they were additional charges to the previous user. I did not request to rent these items. also my credit card was billed incorrectly. my receipt and agreed amount was $60.34 but my card was billed $194.63. Of course there was no paperwork submitted to me to sign for either amountsPamela M.

I had to bounce around 3 different uhaul pick up locations to pick up a 20ft uhaul when I had reserved the 15ft one 2 weeks earlier. This has happened 3 times I have used uhaul. I will not be using uhaul now.Akshar B.
Provide actual instructions to obtain the keys to the truck at a location that was CLOSED. I ended up renting from a different place (they were able to switch the location on the contract). The new location told me what I was supposed to do to unlock the truck to obtain the key. NO ONE from U-Haul ever explained this on the phone when confirming my truck the day before and nothing was in the follow on text I received 2 minutes after the call was over. SIMPLE FIX: Provide the instructions to unlock the cargo lock to obtain the key through phone internet/ app on the Customer's CONFIRMATION TEXT. Come on guys.....This should have been VERY easy to do. Stop thinking like corporate and start thinking like your customers and what they have to do.DOUGLAS B.

the Fowlers location was good. However putting in reservation online at Rockwood tire center ststed they would have a pick up truck, got an email that picks up trucks are only one way rentals and some one would be in contact by Thursday I did not hear from anyone had to call on Friday to confirm. Went to the office to pick up a 15 foot box truck and they were closed with a note on the foor "for service call" I called the number and explained that I had a uhaul reservation he said they were closed until Monday.CHAD R.
We had nothing but problems, since the beginning. Our rental was Tues. May 4th 2021 at 7:30pm. When we tried using the online service, it was not working. It started to rain and get dark. The picture of the license was not going through on Uhaul's end, but it was clear on our end. Uhaul's customer service was rude during this process. We spent a hour and a half trying to send a picture of the license. We had perishable groceries in our car. We ended up changing our pickup date to Wed. May 5th. at 10:00a when the store opened. We were told to just drop off the key at the store, but since we brought the truck back early and it was after hours (8p), Uhaul informed us that we had to use the online service, which we had so much trouble. We were sent a contract that was blank in our email and had to request another one, the truck was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, and the alignment was off. We brought it back cleaner than we got it. Hopefully, the price will be correct when the bill comes. No one even offered us at least a discount for all the inconvenience we went through. This was the furthest Uhaul from us, because no one else closer had the 15ft truck. Going back after we could not get the truck at the time we reserved it was totally unacceptable. We will never use Uhaul again.Gary G.
