Our issue isn't really the location but that we were switched locations which meant we couldn't start packing for another hour, then the location didn't have our appliance dolly which was a must have. We had to travel to another location to pick up the appliance dolly. Then a sales rep called and said I still owed for the appliance dolly after all that bad service. When I make a reservation, I expect to get the equipment I ordered at the location.

William GThis has nothing to do with the pick-up location bit there doesn't appear to be anywhere else to rate the mobile checkout process which was horrible. First I had to submit a scan of my drivers license even though I had already done that when I made the reservation. Then it took well over 30 minutes of me "awaiting approval". I finally started a chat which took 4 minutes to get a response to from "Kimberly" saying "Hello. One moment while I get you approved". 3 minutes later I get the exact same message this time from "Marquita". After finally getting approved I had to spend about 20 minutes walking around the truck checking every scratch and ding for a sticker and then "disputing" with pics and a description any that weren't marked. It would be way more efficient to have the renter just take a few pics of the truck from each angle and submit them. All told it took a little over an hour for me to do a self check out. I'll never voluntarily do that again and may seek another company next time. It has been a while since I've rented but have been loyal to the company of the years.

j cThe only thing I can think of but you could improve on is the gentleman that helped us stated he only uses the computer Like one time a month and he was very slow and confused on what he should do next for his steps my husband and I had to help him out to tell him what was on the screen and what to do

Adam RUhaul sent me to the wrong location. The first place in town had no motorcycle trailers. The second place was ready with a trailer but there was dirt caked into the bottom of the trailer.
Skylar KClean out the bed of the trailer. Lots of gravel in the bed. The trailer could have also been washed - it was extremely dirty.
Jeffrey IWhen you make a reservation a week in advance Uhaul should make sure the requested equipment is at the requested location. I received a phone call the day before stating I had to pick it up 50 miles from my requested location.

We have called customer service three times and been told to expect a call from a customer service rep from Ohio that never calls.

Kelly HMy rental contract required that I leave the gas tank at 5/8 full. As I pumped the gas, the gas gauge stuck at 1/4 full, then jumped to 1/2 full, then it jumped to full. That "sticking" of the gauge cost me at least $20-$25 that I should not have paid. I called and asked for a credit or refund of this amount and was told I would receive a call back. I never was called back.

Scott BMy experience with Uhaul and this location was great. The customer service I received was First Class!! That is saying something because customer service today is almost non existing!
ron nPut a tongue jack on this unit (6 x 12') a single person of good lifting capabilities struggles to get it off the hitch. I'll spend 3 times as much in getting my back fixed
John SMake sure you check in online, the guy there wasn't computer savvy and had to call someone to walk him through the process which took about 25 minutes and the hitch was so rusted I couldn't tighten it onto my ball and it came off while driving, luckily no damage as the chains helped!
