tony kThe last truck I rented in 2020 at a different location drove and rode sort of junky but this truck was much better and at the location in Sparta, TN these people were kind and courteous.
Shane DWe had reservations at one location in Cookeville TN and they moved our pickup to another location without any notice. We go to pick up the truck and they don't even have our reservation. Not only did this eat up time but added miles to the truck that we had to pay for at .99 per mile. We always use Uhaul and have several times. Will consider looking at other companies in the future.

KEVIN KDue to the U-Haul system being down when I picked up the trailer, the reservation and contract didn't show up on my U-Haul app so I was unable to make use of the 24/7 drop off at this location. No fault of the drop off location, but you guys really need to get the app and electronic billing / reservation system stability fixed - it is causing customer problems.
John RLocation does not accept cash or check and was not advertised when making reservations online, was only advertised on the door at the location. We were 5 hours from home on a Sunday, I hadn't gotten my new bank card, and couldn't get money transfer to another bank. Wouldn't have been able to pickup reservation if a friend hadn't been with me and used their debit card. We will just spend extra and use our local facility from now on, that way we can pay cash if we have an issue with our bank card at the last minute.
Rachel MIf anyone is needing to rent from uhaul I recommend they rent from this location! He answered all of my questions and gave me the best deal possible. If I need to rent anything from uhaul in the future it will from this location even if it's way out of my way! The service was exceptional and he made renting easy. Gracias

Aaron KOne of the worst customer services experiences I have had. Not only was this man so disrespectful by answering personal phone calls while having me wait on my paperwork, he did not help me figure out what option would be best for me at all. He quoted a price and explained if I went over that it would cost more, he did not tell me that I was able to drop off at a different location to make it cheaper and after I had asked he said it was "too late". In an already overwhelming and confusing time I feel like this employee took advantage.

Brian SService was good and fast. The only thing I feel they could do is it's advertised for a certain price but I've never seen the hidden cost of what you're priced. You go in thinking your cost is $29.95 but I have never seen on any advertising that you pay for mileage. It makes sense that you pay for that on the business side but when you call and ask for the price of a rental all your told is one price it's a shocker when your told $29.95 and when you go in to get your equipment and your bill is $143.00 that's a far cry from $29. When you call in they should tell you it's $29 plus mileage and not just $29. But other than that the service was fast
teresa wI paid over $1500 for this rental. My information should've been safe now we have to do an entire move again over someone not be able to keep the mouth shut about where the truck was being dropped off. I know this Hass to be against the law

Marcus GClearer signage for turning in and parking. The sign on the door said the shop was closed. So I checked in with the app. When I looked for the drop box, The door was open and the guy said he was there the whole time.
