NORMA AThere was difficulties between the packers and the unpackers and the local U-haul offices. They had delays in getting the boxes even though the U-haul office was aware they are coming. It is also important to let customers know, that containers of any type that they pack may be flipped upside down during loading and unloading Unless containers are packed very tightly your contents can shift resulting in broken items.

Victor GHave the trailer ready with air in all four tires don't tell the customer we can change the flat tire in 15 minutes then take 2 hours to do it, they made me late for my mother's funeral.then they installed a bias's ply tire and the rest were radials, the trailer shook the whole way back to Reno. Safety chains were dragged by someone to the point they needed to be replaced also. Last the ball connection wasn't tight 100 feet from pick up location.

Cheryl CI love Uhaul as I have other choices the app experience is good thats how I book, pickup and return my rentals. I prefer to avoid people at this location especially Harold most say hes helpful and im sure it isnt his fault but his uhaul system on his end kept locking/freezing. I offered to call uhaul myself because he is a bit old school and doesnt like to deal with things it seems he has better things to do as this location has 3-5 different businesses. The app experience is great but the dealer uhaul system not so much. When I always checkin for my rental I always have to go through the checkin process again i.e. give my license again etc like why checkin through the app.

MIKE BThe problem not the pick location it's U-Haul itself, scheduled/reserved a trailer 3 months in advance and still had to drive 100 miles round trip to pick up trailer. Hope I never have to use them again. Customer service sucked big time!!!

Anibal AHave all equipment ready. Wear your damn mask as required and as uhaul claims you're doing. Have employee there and open on time. Notify uhaul and customer prior to arrival if not all equipment is available.
Michael HThe associates can begin to wear more masks considering we are in the midst of a global pandemic. Also my equipment was dusty and not well kept considering it was in the back of the lot and difficult to move out.

Maria CThe whole experience is one that I do not want to repeat. You had me pick up the trailer in a location that was closed for the weekend, then had me drive 45 minutes away for the trailer. I waited in line for two hours....plus other items that I will not post. Then when I was to drop off in the location provided me at time of my reservations, U-haul told me I had to go to different location due to not having the capability to support trailers. Would have thought that would have been known when I made the reservation. I drove another 30 miles further to drop off the trailer. At least the owner at Filmore was very helpful.

Tom EOn site personnel was excellent. Helpful and knowledgeable. Online experience was sub-par. Link would not take photo of dr lic to verify ID as requested. Made reservation at one location, then 3 days later, was redirected to alternate location 45 miles out of my way. Issue was resolved by real person on the phone. UHaul people and rental equipment have always been great. Web experience needs to match that standard.

Alan FTruck size was not available, but the nice girl gave me a call within 30 minutes that it was returned and available. Truck was clean and full of gas.. Calculate the miles so you don't overspend

Sheri HThe gentleman that runs the shop was great and gave me a heads up about a local parade and fair going on that day. Let me know to get there earlier than my reservation if at all possible and that it would make getting in and out of the location much easier.

Bob WHarold is straightforward on dealing customers and a very honest person. I left keys to him without worries he would tamper anything like any others doing bad business practices. The uhaul trucks fuel load scale seems imperfect -at times lower than the computer generated numeric level etc but its not under his control. He is smart to believe computers can be wrong.

Jody DFirst, the telephone operator was talking over me without letting me finish my statements or questions. She seemed poised to argue and treated me as if I was an irate/argumentative client. I wanted clarity. Secondarily, the engine light on the rental truck was on a few minutes into my 7 hour trip. The truck produced plumes of smoke and shook often during the drive. I was towing my car and hoping the vehicle wouldnt break down.
