They don't clean the trucks and especially with COVID 19 going around the truck was not cleaned for me. I called the manager his name is Josh from Memphis he was so unprofessional at his job by yelling at me on the phone. I will never again use Uhaul.Jared B.

1. Have vehicle clean/ swept out/dirty floor mats 2. Do not say a $25.00 fee on drop off - cleaning, when we took pictures, prior to leaving Lexington, Tennessee 3. Truck in my name (Nora Dishon) I paid up front when making reservation, had a balance due to me, grandson picked up and drove to Sugar Land, Texas for me. When requesting monies to be put in my bank account, they told me (corporate office) they could not speak to me, had to have grandson call to say OK , I reserved, I paid, so I should have been able to request refund, 83 years old and need someones approval to get my money back, will not recommend ever again to family, friends, or otherwise, BAD experience all around for me. Oh, and when we got truck in Lexington, Tennessee the rep did not go with us to check out truck, we took pictures before leaving lot, what kind of service is this? my first instinct was Budget, but went with Uhaul, closer to items to be brought back to Texas.Cameron S.

One of the pins that holds the gate for the trailer was broke in half not noticed by the person in charge. I think I was overcharged for a 10-hour usage of a motorcycle trailer. I read $14.95 then I read $24.95 then when taxes and all the others fees it was $37. Very misleading. I can see if it was a 24-hour rental then it would have been worth it.Ronald M.

Make sure all the equipment order is in the uhaul. I ordered a utility dually and it was not in the uhaul which was very inconvenient for me.Michael W.

When you give a quote for a 10' and then charge for a 15' because you don't have a 10' and then act like you are giving me the 10' price that's just bad business! Also the quote over the phone is NOT what it was when I got there is just bad business!! I have used Uhaul for years and have never been treated like this!! You need to make this right.Rose Ann F.

I would like to acknowledge and thank Leslie at the Memphis center, 901-366-2600 for her extraordinary and exceptional efforts to help me secure a reservation for truck and trailer, her help and guidance to ensure my needs were met and fulfilled under difficult circumstances. She was beyond exceptional, dedicated, and determined to help me when the standard process wasn't available and I would have been unable to proceed without her help and commitment to me as a customer. She was patient,empathetic, and steady in getting me thru â€œhoopsâ€ that were at times frustrating for me, but she had the dedication and willingness to guide me thru everything and a trying situation for me became manageable with her help. Using the App was difficult. It did not work. Had to call Service Center in Memphis to make it work. We were not able to make the Tax-exempt form work. Was told by the Service Center Associate to have the Tax refunded upon return. Space Station Storage did not know how to do that. I called the KC office and requested help. None yet. Waiting..... I rented a trailer and truck. Believed we could solve the Sales Tax issues for both rentals at one time.BARRY W.

The UHual computer system was terrible, it took 45 minutes to process my rental even though the reservation was already completed. The problem persisted even when the team tried to get help from the UHaual help center,Michael H.

I was OVERCHARGED (mileage) SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED @ THIS LOCATION. Also, my debit card info was given to a UHaul two, over the phone to "hold the truck", I was then charged for that rental, along with an 'estimated' mileage tacked on! I asked the rep if my card would be charged, as I wanted to pay CASH when I turned the truck in. She ASSURED ME I would NOT, HOWEVER, this charge went thru on the card, causing an overdraft fee of $36!!!! I'm EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISSATISFIED! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, I have also considered using another company altogether for our next move!amanda B.
