Customer service desk was fast and easy. I don't know why this location kept calling me trying to get me to pick up my rental one day early. Even my confirmation email said my date was right. The Uhaul was parked too close to others; nervous pulling out of the spot. The uhaul was parked with the back door open which was bad in case we didn't check and drove off with it open.Andrewphillip E.
The site service person was pleasant and good at customer interaction. I felt that giving me good service was important to this business. The site is a multi business building and busy with other activities and the U haul counter was not marked well so you will need to walk down the long counter to get to U haul.David K.

Overall, I have to give a 4 out of 5 stars. Nassir was kind. But Doug was the Miracle Maker!... The refund restored my faith in UHaul, Thank You. Hillary was Patient and knowledgable. Smile, i dealt with sooo many reps,, and they All were absolutely great. However... Unknown as to why the battery died, and why during Self Check I was getting an error regarding 'Not enough memory' ??? But all in all, smiling, UHaul WAS THERE for EVERY bump in the road!!!!!! I like your service for the convenience and nice price, but the pick up location and drop off location were changed by your system later and this caused me drive farther to pick up and drop off, I hope this could be improved in the future. thanks!Hailong T.

This experience really pushed us away from 2 locations. We had signed up for everything the night before, renting a truck from J O A T in San Leandro. When we got to that site, we had to do everything again, because the mobile system didn't register the alternate contact, the driver's license, and headshots. When the mobile site finally registered that we were onsite, it said that there was a truck outside of the gate for us. There was no truck anywhere to be found. We even checked inside the gate but there was nothing. After 40 minutes, the 24/7 Help support (Ethan, actually a nice person) got us the site phone number. We had to wait 5 more minutes before they called us back but when they did they had no idea what was happening. They tried to get us keys through the lockbox, all lock boxes were empty. They were unaware of the availability of their vehicles, which was really annoying. Finally, the said they had a van (which again wasn't even the vehicle we wanted) at a sister site a few miles away. So we had to drive to the other site (the Catalina one). Then when we got there the system was buffering and they tried to charge us again for the van (even though we had already paid the previous night for the truck). But when that got cleared up, and we went to return the van, the gas gauge wasn't working, so we had to pay more for gas than was needed. When asked for a refund they denied. Overall the customer service was quite poor and unorganized. Will not be returning to either of these sites and do not recommend it to others.JOEL C.

I paid $1,326.97 dollars to rent a 15" truck and a car dolly from Flagstone Storage in Bentonville, Arkansas. I returned everything to Fast Gas & Propane in San Leandro, California and was charged $785.75 dollars without my knowledge. You should replace the manager who runs that location. He is a liar, cheat, thief and everything else I cannot say on this review. I have disputed the charges with the bank I used in Arkansas but they were too incompetent to correct the problem. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to get my money back.Richard A.

The owner helped with an issue with a burnt out fuse in my car which was affecting the trailer lights and was able to resolve it quickly and with little cost. Would definitely highly recommend.David P.

If there was some way customer could be informed the equipment they rented, i.e. furniture dollie, is not available or will probably not be available, would be great so they could make other arrangements. Make sure to put exactly the same amount of gas there was in the car when you picked it up. They will charge you a crazy amount if you don't get it to that point but not give any kind of credit for going over either. It is a problem with the U-Haul app not giving the place an option to do anything. The transaction is all done through an app. The employees were great but that is a very poor design for the app.Amelia C.
