jean rWe weren’t able to use our $100 gift card. The employee didn’t know how, and had never even heard of Uhaul gift cards. When we returned the truck, he charged the card on file without even asking, even though we repeatedly mentioned the gift card. He simply said “oops, sorry”. Now, we have a useless gift card and no reason to use it in the future. Very disappointed and $100 poorer.
ALAN PThe front belt tires straps (an most important safet feature) securing the front wheels on the car hauler need an improved user friendly design. They worked loose over several hundred miles and the rat jet mechanisms became unable to adjust properly for Proper fit and tension. Fortunately I had a back up spare archers and belt I fitted to secure the wheels on remainder of trip.
vernon gFriendly people but have the guy be on time. The guy arrived over an hour and 30 minutes late. Uhaul changed my pick up location and time multiple times. I barely made it to my destination on time. Very stressful. I'm never renting an auto transport again.
Christine WFor starters.. put the equipment I ordered and paid for in the U-Haul. Also when someone orders to get the key for the U-Haul at the counter don’t sign them up for Mobile pickup just for them to wait an hour to resolve the pickup like I had to. This is the only bad experience I’ve had from U-Haul.
Cynthia LWe had not 1 but 2 blowouts on our trailer. We did have roadside assistance come help but 2 blowouts at 2 different times was ridiculous and dented my car that we were hauling.
