Mike was amazing. Once again our UHaul truck return link didn't work and Mike was able to process our return. I have no idea what I would have done if I tried to return this truck to an after hours site with no support staff. UHaul needs to get their technology up to speed if they expect consumers to participate in "self serve" rentals.KERRY F.

The drop off location was fine but the issue was after my original issue with no truck available Sherri moved my location to a much more convenient location. I went to drop it off and the location agreed upon and then get a "drop off" charge of $285 dollars. To say this has been a frustrating experience with the reservations all around in an understatement.ERIC L.
I have Verizon service which usually has the best coverage. I couldn't get the app to work behind the building where the rentals are. After going through the process 5 times on my phone with long delays and eventually getting kicked off, I had to drive across the street to use the wifi at Dunkin Donuts while my husband followed the instructions there. I had to accept the pictures and cleanliness sight unseen because it didn't work near the truck. In the meantime I called the 800# for help but waited on hold for the entire time until suddenly I was disconnected. When we finally got the truck we tried to open the back to check, and couldn't get it open. At long last we figured out that a button was pushed inside that locked the back. With no help available, it was a very frustrating experience. I'll never elect to do a before hours pick up. Later when I tried to add a driver to my reservation, once again couldn't figure out a way to do it online, and called 800#, waited on hold 30 minutes, then got disconnected again. Finally got the driver added through chat. Overall very frustrating.Debra V.

I would have rated this better, except that the location services through the website was so ridiculously precise that we couldn't get the truck unless we went inside a store. It didn't make sense.Samuel J.
