Not an issue with the rental pick up location (They were great) but the mobile pick up did not work.

Tracie W.An issue with the turn signal on the trailer occurred after about 200 miles - but it seemed ok when trailer was picked up. Not sure there's anything that can be done about that! What you could do, however, is not charge an outrageous amount for trailers! The charge for the exact same trailer in the reversed direction (WI to OK instead of OK to WI) was double the price!! $605 seems really excessive.

Roger F.First and foremost I want to say I have no problem with ANY of the local locations we dealt with. All of the locals went out of their way to help us with any issues we had. The problem we had was with corporate. My daughter was moving out of state about 180 miles away. We reserved a U-Haul 2 months in advance. The morning before the move we got an email from the district manager saying it was a busy moving weekend but they would try an accommodate everyone as best as possible. About an hour later we got an email stating we were guaranteed a truck but our pickup location had moved an hour away and our pickup time was 8 hours later. Not great news but we would work with it. I decided to call that location to confirm. They told me they had no trucks available for us. We then called U-Haul directly. They began searching for a truck. We were in a small town but we had Chicago an hour away, Madison an hour away and Milwaukee 2 hours away. None of those cities had trucks. The closest truck available was 3 ½ hours away. There concession was $100 off our bill of $450 and 150 extra miles. I guess my biggest complaint is that U-Haul sent us emails stating they were GUARANTEEING us a vehicle at specific locations when there are no vehicles there. Moving is stressful enough. The one thing I wasn't worried about was the truck because we had ours reserved. Or so I thought.

morris O.The customer who had our truck before us did not return it to Fallier's as instructed, which caused us to wait an extra 90 mins when we went to pick it up. The woman at the desk tried her very best to find us another truck in the area, but being a Saturday morning, there wasn't anything available. This guy's rudeness & inability to stick to his contract was "rewarded" with large additions to his bill, of which she gave us $50 credit for having to wait 90 mins. She kept apologizing, but it really wasn't her fault. She did the best she could in trying to resolve the bad situation.

I work in a people business and I would NEVER treat a customer the way we were treated!! I would rent from U-haul again but never from the facility again.
Patti G.They quoted me a flat rate of $19.95 and I was not told about any mileage charge. I had a local rental in the same county. By the time it was done, my $20 rental cost me $76. They were dishonest in quoting me the rate. I'm disappointed in the location, and in UHaul. I would not recommend UHaul to a friend. Social media is a powerful weapon.
