Very small location. A little difficult to navigate due to limited parking area. Beware low under passes in the area…Google directed me to one that was only 11’-6” in height. Since the 15’ truck I rented was 11’ I didn’t want to risk it so I had to back out of that street and find another way to the location.

I came to drop off trailer during business hours and nobody was there called the location and nobody answered. This place is also not an easy drop off location. Don't recommend this place.

Y'all need to stop booking too many people at once especially at such a small location with one person working. There's no room, and even though I was early to pick up the van I rented, I couldn't even get it until 30 minutes later. There were multiple people there evidently scheduled for the same time. Y'all also need to warn people beforehand that they won't be able to leave their vehicle there. Along with it taking 30 minutes just to get the van, then I also had to change all my plans because I wasn't allowed to leave my car. This caused a lot of stress, anger, and it made me late for an appointment. If that's your policy, fine. But tell people that when they schedule a pick up. How do you think most people are getting there? By car, duh! Don't be so rude and inconsiderate. That would really help. The only positive thing I can say is that the woman working there was nice. She had a great attitude and personality.

Some confusion with the drop-off spot after I extended my rental by a day by phone several days in advance by calling the national U-Haul reservation line. They were not informed.

This was 17 miles from where my house was. I had to go to 2 different uhaul places before I ended up here. I was charged for gas. After a horrible experience. This is sad

The location opened after the stated hours of 9am and then charged me an extra day even though we were waiting to check it in from about 8:30 AM on (due at 9am). I was told to "leave it and I'll check it in later". That's fine but please don't, then, use that as a reason to charge me for an extra day.

Discount your rates when your vehicle is not ready for your customer to pick up when it has already been reserved and you have to wait almost a day and a half to get the vehicle it's like that's bad business because the customer already reserve the vehicle but they're use and it's not ready

The uhaul rep Kalen was very friendly and explained everything to me. I returned after hours, he made a clear to me how the process works. He was very professional. Kudos to him he deserves it!

There was a last day switch of pick up location that was very inconvenient, not just the location, but inconvenient hours. The problem was the system, not the location. Also, I had to go to 3 different locations to find furniture pads that were scheduled to be with the truck. The agent who called to give me the new pick up site specifically told me the pads would be with truck. Again, the system did not have accurate info in the data. This was not a problem with the location. Person on duty did everything possible to help me out. Very frustrating for both of us.

No Uhaul sign. It would be helpful to have a sign. I drove past at it first, then. doubled back and saw a Uhaul trailer parked out front. That’s the only thing that made me find it. Also no clear designated parking area. If I would have left the truck near the drop box, I would have blocked the entrance to the self storage area.

The location didn't look like a U-Haul drop-off location. It looked abandoned and there wasn't any indication of where to drop the keys.

The trucks had significant roof leakage and it rained most of the way to our final destination and that ruined many items and it was not covered by the insurance that we purchased.

The regional office in Memphis called me 3.5 hours before I was scheduled to pick up the rental truck to tell me the scheduled location did not have a 15 foot truck, but I could get one in Brownsville. I could get a 20 foot truck though, which was unacceptable due to space restrictions at our destination. During the conversation the U-HAUL employee hung up on me and when I called back the number it did not work. After calling the location I was scheduled to pick up from ultimately I received a text to pick up the 15 foot truck I used. This disrupted my moving and increased the stress level of my wife and I.

This is the second time that I have chosen 24/7 pickup and when I get there, it is not set up for 24/7 pickup. This is not a reflection on this location, but on Uhaul itself. Luckily we arrived right when the last employee was leaving and she was very helpful in helping us get it sorted out.

Agent was nice and friendly. Processed paperwork very well. But, 12 trailer was parked on small parking area next to street..picked up to trailer behind 26' truck. Very inconvenient to have to block a 4 lane Avenue to back in and hook up. Fortunate that driver was experienced and positioned the truck in only two tries. Then, it took two of us to lift trailer for hook up. U Haul Agent no help saying he knew nothing about doing so. Again, we were fortunate to know how to hook up. This location not recommended for trailer pickup

Close location. Truck not swept out or cleaned. Cab of truck had mud from prior use and not cleaned. When pointed out there was no response or offer to confirm. We then drove to our Uhail storage unit 5.5 miles away to remove contents. Thank you for making us drive from one UHaul site to another to pick up a dirty truck.

The agent at the drop off was less than enthusiastic in helping me. I asked for help in disconnecting the trailer as it was my first time and I was unsure of the process. I could tell she wasn’t coming out to help and was able to figure it out myself, but I don’t believe I’ll use that location in the future.

The rental office is hit or miss on being open. Single person on-site to manage rentals of trucks and storage units. Limited range of selections, but smaller trucks are usually available. Service is acceptable. Agents are pleasant enough. Convenient for Midtown Memphis. I'm a repeat customer.

The truck was dirty with cracker crumbs and trash everywhere and it smelled of cigarettes. The entire thing was completely frozen solid. There had just been a storm so I had to spend an hour and a half defrosting and de-icing - the cargo door was completely frozen shut. I had to call my sister to bring me a bucket of warm water to get it open. You’d think if you make a reservation that they would issue you an operational vehicle. I opted for mobile check in and spent 20 minutes working through it just to have to do it all over again with the clerk inside, who seemed to have no knowledge of the uhaul operation (she said everything I did online didn’t come through her end). I was then issued a different truck than I was assigned originally which caused all sorts of problems with my check in and ended up having to start all over (AGAIN!). There was nowhere to park. You have to have someone drop you off to pick up the uhaul truck. The entire experience was a disaster. I feel ripped off.

There is no signage directing me to go to the Uhaul website to return the truck. Was on hold for 5 min before the agent told me to go to the website. No key drop box, just a mail slot. It was freezing so I just tossed it in there with a prayer.

Waited on hold for 15 minutes at drop off, which was a dark location in an industrial are. Also, AC in truck needed recharging. I was driving straight into the sun and the cab reached 95 degrees during tyhe l;ast 2 hours of my trip.

I had a 6 by 12 trailer. There was no one to help me disconnect the trailer from the SUV. The lady in the office didn’t offer to help and probably wasn’t allowed to leave the office anyway. This trailer is too large to remove from vehicle alone. The company should not schedule the larger trailers to be returned here.
