Trailer was nasty. No Jack to lower and raise trailer for attachment. Trailer doors would not close. Nastiest trailer/truck rental I have had in my life. I am 50moved all over this country.

I rented a truck here on Monday that had lots of dirt and dry grass in the back and in the ramp. We complained. No adjustment was made and we had to cover floor w blankets to keep dirt off the furniture and art. Rented a truck on Friday, same situation! No effort made to sweep it out in a week!

Only problem was that we had planned to pick up at another location. The phone call we received about changing the location was to our home phone number but we were 4 hours away. We just received an email telling us to pick up elsewhere.

I filled the gas tank to 1/2 tank as asked (have receipt to probe it). Yet, I was charged $6 for gas (rode only 12 miles). Emailed back with my complain, no response. Not right, abusing your customers.

The contract had very precise gas measurements (3/8, 9/16), but actual truck had very imprecise measurements (full, half, empty). This is only important because Uhaul charges 5 per gallon for the fuel you use. It was impossible to hues how much fuel we had used. I felt ripped off by the whole process and will think again before I rent a Uhaul truck.

Everything done with U-Haul was fine. The truck was great and customer service was top notch. The only thing is y'all provided a moving service and they never showed up to help me move my stuff and I still got charged the money.

BE ACCURATE ON PRICE AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER. I WAS GIVEN A PRICE AND TOLD IF I DIDN'T GO OVER THE GIVEN MILEAGE AND RETURN THE UNIT ON A FULL TANK OF GAS THAT MY $100 DEPOSIT WOULD BE REFUNDED TO ME. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. I WAS GIVEN 200 MILES AND WAS TOLD BY BRANDY THAT IF I DIDN'T GO OVER THE MILES AND BROUGHT THE UNIT BACK ON A FULL TANK OF GAS MY $100 DEPOSIT WOULD BE REFUNDED. AND TODAY I'M BEING TOLD BY DONISHA THAT I WAS INFORMED WRONG AND I WOULD ONLY BE RECEIVING A PARTIAL REFUND BACK. I WILL NOT USE UHAUL AGAIN AND I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE LETTING THEM KNOW MY REASON WHY. I AM VERY DISPLEASED!

This is an after hours drop off with gates. There was no one there, didn't know what to do to drop off. This needs to be an hours only drop off. I took to the uhaul store on Lamar, which was open, but they would change an additional fee to drop off there- it was not my fault the storage place says they are 24 hour drop off, plus they charged me an additional day, which I will contest. Drop off was horrible

It would help a lot if the trucks when returned were parked in the direction of leaving the property. Trying to move the large truck in a very tight space is hard for some drivers. We had to back the truck out of the gate.

The worker at the location, Brandy, was barely functioning because she was clearly under the influence of something. She could not check us out, operate her computer, or get words out of her mouth without slurring. She had to call another office so that they could check us out. She could barely stand up because when she did, she wobbled around. We had to wait on her for about 45-60 minutes when we first got there (even though we were on time to pick-up our truck), and she almost hit our car when she pulled in. She did in fact hit another uhaul truck as she pulled our rental out (this should be on there outside security camera) that scratched up one of the trucks. In all, she wasted over two hours of our precious moving time. She was unfit to be at work, to drive, to handle uhaul business, to help us, or to do anything. As a side note, she wore her boots on the wrong feet!! She is a liability that will eventually hurt someone, will cause major damage to uhaul equipment, or will make a costly mistake with handling uhaul business. I would not recommend anyone to use this location, and I will never use uhaul again because of this experience. Moving is a stressful time and we paid a lot of money to rent our uhaul truck, and we were very unsatisfied with our service and the two wasted hours.

Uhaul has a real customer service asset in LaShanta, the customer service agent at this location. She has a great positive attitude and is a true people person. I would much rather my storage unit be here than at another location after my positive customer service experience here, and I will recommend this location to others in the future when I know they are moving.

Dropping off was very hard there was no place to park the trail when we got there. It was a storage place as well so if you left it by office it would block storage doors and could be stolen very easily. The only safe place was behind a gate which we could not get into without a combination. After 3 calls and 30 min. Wait, a customer of the storage place let us in to unload. Another 10 min and I get a call from the manager of the storage placeand Said; oh I forgot to call you and give you the number to get behind gate. Waisted a lot of time in a place that I didn't feel very safe. Very very unhappy with this experience

The lady who was running the office appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, although I could not smell anything other than the extremely noxious perfume that filled the entire room. It took her 10 minutes to log into her computer and another 10 minutes for her to look through the papers on her desk to find the paperwork for the trailer I was renting that she referred to as a "truck" 3 different times. When she went out to help me load the trailer, she didn't know how to put the trailer on and she slurred her words attempting to read the disclaimers to me. You should check out this location and this employee. I do not think this is the type of customer service you or I should expect

No improvement needed. In an otherwise taxing, demanding, expensive, and generally hellacious moving experience, U-Haul provided an unexpectedly simple, easy, affordable respite from a hectic move. So helpful were every one of the people with whom I dealt, I called to get each of their names in order to give credit where credit is due. Sarah McClaine arraigned the pick-up & drop-off. She was professional, clever, witty, and gave me much-needed comedy relief. She went went above & beyond in her helpfulness. When I picked up & dropped off the U-Haul truck, I dealt with Lashanta Petty. Professional, up-beat, and all smiles, she couldn't have been sweeter. I spoke with Abbie Olson when I called to get the names of the other employees. Following suit, she was helpful, professional, polite, nothing less than what I've come to expect from U-Haul employees. Each of these women did her job flawlessly and had an excellent personality. U-Haul must value their employees because these three are GEMS! Thank you, Sarah, Lashanta, & Abbie!
