Darren S.They were closed so drop off was easy. Just had to take pictures of everything. I called the day before to know what was required and the gentleman who answered the phone was absolutely pleasant to speak with! He reassured me that the cameras they had installed would make sure that I was covered!

The only complaint that I have is that; the trailer had debris in it, presumably from the previous renter, ( cardboard boxes plastic tubing etc.) . I disposed of the items. For a better customer experience, more care could be taken to ensure that debris wasn't in the trailer. This is the only suggestion that I have to improve the customer experience. Overall I was very pleased with the service provided. It was an excellent experience. Thanks!
robert B.Clean and maintenance your trucks the truck I had was dirty the check engine light came on while I was driving what should have been 20 minute drive up 44 turned into a 45 minute drive because that truck just wouldn't catch speed and then I found out from someone who works at uhaul that they rented is a truck that hadn't been state inspected

James J.Tail lights didn't work. When I returned the trailer, I waited 30 minutes; to be assisted to by a mechanic from the shop who just got back from a test drive. He asked if I parked the trailer. I said yes. He said alright bye. I asked about the partial refund due to returning the trailer earlier and the person said yes yes they will take care of it and walked away. After waiting another 20 minutes no one else showed up and I walked out over irriation. I couldn't tell anybody that the rear lights are faulty. Going in and out while driving down the interstate. Got pulled over twice for not having working rear tail lights. Both warnings. But still.
robert A.Rented a 6' X 12' tandem axle trailer. Tongue weight is heavy enough that one person can not lift. It would be much easier to manage if the trailers had tongue jacks.

scott S.Didn't actually have the opportunity to load or unload anything (not U-HAULs fault in the least), but the 15' truck was simple to operate and was a comfortable drive. Drove approximately 250 miles to my destination & back, and totaled $397.54. This included 24 moving blankets, regular dolly (not appliance), and insurance. Picked up late Friday afternoon and returned Sunday. Picking up & returning the truck was a breeze. Friendly folks. Thank you
Bobbi D.Uhaul your prices are extreme for what I used. A car dolly brand new $1100 . If I was to leave your equipment at another uhaul dealer I was going to be charged $230 + but if I returned it to same location I picked it up $53 . Otherwise thanks for allowing me to use your equipment
