The truck was out and ready when I got there and we added a few items that were available. They were very efficient. My pickup was at 9am and we were on our way at 9:13am.

VICTOR ZULHad to drive to three different locations to find the truck I needed. Customer rep on the phone entered in the wrong location. Next location lost the keys to the truck I ordered. Last location the truck was dirty inside.
Shevonn UfutiMy auto transport had a flat tire and I called roadside service but they never came. I should be reimbursed for the service and any cost that occurred. I was told roadside would contact me in 30mins however it took 2 hours. Absolutely the worst service I ever paid for Uhaul should be ashamed of its road assistance service.

Patrick KiriiEquipment is old and run down. I had one truck break down on me. This particular location has issues with communication. They called me a few times asking me to turn in a truck after it had already been towed under U-hauls direction. They also called me to turn in my replacement truck after I had already done so and given the front desk the key!

jacob HowardDouble check the trucks and equipment prior to renting to customer. Had a dolly with a broken wheel. Also had a truck that had leaks not only in the cab or the truck with mold but also leaked in the entire part that holds everyone’s belongings. Also headlights were dull/dead so couldn’t see anything in the dark. Would not rent from this location ever again.
Marissa CroseAgent should do a walk-around with the customer to verify the condition of the vehicle,( I found pre-existing damage to the vehicle, ie- : drivers door didnt lock properly, rear left light was damaged.). I didnt get a final bill statement showing actual mileage driven etc.

Brandy MillerPrice went from $40 to $60 to $80 plus the $10 gas I added to the tank. My trip was about 15 miles round trip. I would appreciate the price upfront. It was disappointing not knowing exactly what I was paying for. But the van was nice and clean and easy to drive. The staff was helpful and professional.

Cameren browerI reserved a furniture dolly and 24 blankets along with a 15 ft truck several months before this rental. When I arrived to pick up the truck, no dolly was provided and only 12 blankets. I had to drive to another UHaul facility to get another 12 blankets. One of wood rails on the inside of the truck had been broken and had not been repaired prior to my rental. The wood rails are important to tie down the load. I received a text for inspecting the truck at the time of initiating the rental but the UHaul pick location manager did not show any interest in showing me how this feature worked when I asked him about it. The truck performed well and we drove it 3,000 miles.

FORTUNA KINZONZIThe individual that helped me, placed my rental under my son's account. I asked him 3 times to change it, he stated that he had. But, when he printed the agreement form, my sons name was on the page. He also told me that I may have to drive over 200 miles to pick up the car hauler that I needed to rent. I asked again for him to change the name , he stated again that he did. I was totally not ready or expecting such unprofessional service from Uhaul. Your company should hire people that have at least a rudimentary understanding of customer service and a good attitude. Once home, I contacted your call line and explained what I had experienced earlier. The lady I spoke with was very professional and told me that there was no way I would have to drive anywhere near 200 miles to pick up the trailer. Everything turned out OK, but, I will never use Uhaul again.

Clayton SpencerThere was women’s underwear left in the front of the van and a leash tied in the inside of the van so it is safe to say the van was not cleaned out. When I told the man at the counter when I returned the van and told him it was not mine his response was “Are you sure?”. I sat in 2 hours of dark and rainy traffic and still needed to put a little gas in the van, I was met with not a pleasant face when I returned the van at 5pm instead of 4:30pm.

Victor OrtizThe entire rental process was wonderful. However it has now been nearly 30 days since rental was returned. Yet the initial payment that was placed on hold at time of rental continues to be on hold. When I returned the truck I was over the initial quote and decided to pay the entire amount on a different card so I didn’t need to transfer funds and such. Guess that was a stupid mistake because now I am left waiting an undetermined amount of time for the money $150 to be released back to me. I have read numerous review Stating they doubled paid. I’m wondering if I’m fact this has been their issues as well. I have sent messages to my bank and alsoUhaul. This is not a location issue but a Uhaul issue! If you rent from Uhaul be sure to get your funds released before releasing the Uhaul keys. This is an absolute aweful business practice. I’m still awaiting some sort acknowledgment. I also seemed to been charged $30 for insurance I stated I did not want. Unfortunately I was given at time of rental an extremely poor copy of the contract. It was pretty obvious the printer need the ink replaced. I rented this truck sept 292023 and returned it on Oct 1 , 2023.

SCHALK JAYTruck broke down on us twice. Transmission or something going out, couldn’t finish with it and couldn’t take it on the free way so extra miles used. They didn’t care and never apologized or anything. So will never call them again!

Patti NanceNot only was my truck not available as scheduled it was not cleaned. This all put my scheduled use well behind schedule. Then when I was unable to make the return prior to their early close I was charged a bunch of additional fees to include the extra miles I had to drive home and back the next day when they opened again? Not happy would be putting it mildly. Disappointed would only matter if anyone in the company cared about any user input...
