When putting gas in the truck before returning. The gas poured out of the truck while filling. I ended up with gas in my shoes. The rep at the Uhaul location said the gas line was probably cut.... This is completely unacceptable. I wasted $20 on fuel, and now have ruined shoes. This truck should have never been given to me.

The phone operator would give me options but when I would choose they would tell me that I could do what I choose, so I felt I really didnt have an option. The amount of gas in the gas tank was under what the gentleman has stated it was at during the check in process (I brought it back with 3/4 even though it was under 3/4 ) when we brought this up to the gentleman we were returning the equipment to he didnt acknowledge our concern and simply asked if we wanted our receipt paper or emailed told us to have a great day

Lower the rates per mile too expensive only moved stuff out of storage from Tacoma to puyallup and ended up paying 100$ total just to use a truck for one day and one trip. Very expensive I think.

I traveled 10 total miles. I put a gallon of gas in before I returned the truck and I get the invoice back saying they are charging me for 3 gallons of gas even though the fuel gauge read the exact same as when I took the truck. Unless the trucks operate at 3 miles a gallon I got to ripped off.

I was running late and I called to let them know and they said there was no problem. I was not informed of the cutoff for checking the vehicle back in, but when I arrived and one of the agents told me that I was Late for that, he went ahead and checked the vehicle in anyway. Everyone at this location was extremely nice and accommodating

Don’t take advantage of people !! I was very upset and disappointed. The rate that we paid was higher than what I was quoted. Travis picked up the truck. The contract amount was incorrect. He was told to sign and pay. There was nothing they could do. We would have to call customer service at the end of the rental. I fell for that. Once you had my money, why would you refund me the difference.

I was charged $17.00 for gas and I only travelled 17.5 miles. I was overcharged by approximately 2 gallons of gas. Other than the overcharge on the gas, it was great!!

We dropped two trailers off here this week and both times got notices that our trailers were due. My husband called to get the second trailer sorted out and I got calls a couple hours later stating they didn’t have our trailer there. In the need, the issue was solved and the person who called us about the trailer worked to solve the problem. But disappointed to spend time solving an issue twice that was lack of attention to detail on the store.

We went to drop the truck off at 1313 S Brand Blvd Glendale CA. The guy there Was extremely rude and drove another U-Haul into our drop off U-Haul. Only hit the mirror and said it’s just a mirror don’t worry. Was extremely mad at that point because we took great care of the vehicle for over 1000 miles and he didn’t seam to care. Then we dropped it off at 601 S Glendale, Glandale, CA and he was extremely nice and was wondering why the other guy wouldn’t take the truck. There was literally 40 trucks there and he said nope I’m gunna charge you an extra day. The guy at 1313 shouldn’t represent your company. I’ve had a Construction company for 25 years this guy was a straight up jerk. Sorry but, hitting our or your vehicle and not caring kind of strange. It was all good except the truck had a leak where the interior light was in the cargo area. It rained pretty hard that night and a lot of my stuff got wet. Other than wet stuff, it was an ok experience.

I had to go to another location to pick up a truck and then the truck was suppose to be $39.99 and I ended up paying $130+ , not sure if I will be using your services again. That’s to expensive and I rented the truck within 5 hours

The online rental is a nightmare, it takes too long and too many verifications. If you don't have two people with you it would be incredibly frustrating.

Gave me the run around. Went to pick up auto transport, when I arrived told it was not there, the auto transport that they had there was reserved but not for me.... I would have to go a mile down the road to a uhaul I passed by to get to this one. I go to that one and the trailer is inoperable, and was told to go back to original location. I did and surprise surprise the original trailer that was there was now available, they said reservation had been cancelled . There needs to be better communication and not give the customers the run around. Very disappointed and will not be using ever again

Start by doing a physical walk through with your customers. Sending me a link that wouldn’t open with pictures of the vehicle and fuel levels is not sufficient for identifying deficiencies. Also, when I returned the vehicle. I was not informed of how much the additional charges were since they nearly doubled the original price. I’ve never had any issues in the past with Uhaul, but I’ll never use this location again.

This location was 45 miles from the location that I originally reserved the equipment and was the 3rd location I was routed. equipment pick up time was 7 hours later than my reservation.

When trying to return my truck I called uhaul and was asked to be transferred to a uhaul in Auburn and they transferred me to Vancouver, Wa. That person just said I can’t help you. So basically the customer service was not helpful. This is a big disappointment since I have used uhaul in the past with no problems. Also I was not told I would be charged an after hours fee. I stated I would be returning at the drop off after hours and there was no mention of this!

Check in for my storage was easy & everything was explained. The storage space had some kind of dried white paint (or ??) on the floor of it when I opened the door & a few cobwebs. Otherwise, fine.
