My first experience driving this size truck - 20'. Had to do everything over the phone as the store manager, Muhammad, was at another store. Had to figure out how to drive it, open the latch doors, etc by myself. Real sketchy part of town. Did not feel safe. Truck only had a half a tank of gas.John B.
Location felt unsafe. The cashier called store owner, and I had to speak, over speakerphone with him and give him my information. They did not have a furniture dolly, although I requested one two weeks before the rental date. The back of the truck had boxes leftover from the previous rental.Sarah D.
Bad ,unsafe and dirty area.the desk clerk was not trained in returning U-Haul trucks(not her fault.) Managements fault! She needs help with the influx of customers and U-Haul trucks coming in.no human can do all of this with no help!Todd M.

Agent be present in person. The young lady attending the covinance store did an amazing job assisting the rental over the phone with the agent while assisting customers at the same time in the store. Kudos to her.Victoria N.

We were supposed to pick up from a different location but got a late email changing to this location. People seemed nice enough but moved so fast we weren't sure what was happening. That seemed fine as this was not somewhere we would choose to be longer than necessary. Problem 1: We were supposed to have a furniture mover along with this truck but it was not available. Problem 2: While upon quick review the truck seemed clean and in good shape, we found trash in the middle console area and a strip of molding around the front windshield that appeared to be laying loose. When we arrived at our loading site, about 1/3 of the front windshield molding was hanging completely loose. We immediately called U-haul but after almost 3 hours waiting, no other trucks were available. With a 9 hour drive coming up and possible storms to drive through, we were on our own to deal with it. Problem 3: The outside of the cab (around door trim and between the cab and the truck) there seemed to be an ant infestation. Outside better than inside, but they occasionally found there way in down behind the seats, across dashboard and floor. When we stopped for gas on the road, we noticed ants crawling around the back trailer door. We had to find a store to purchase some Raid before finishing the trip.Deborah S.

Train employee to understand the process of checking in a customer. No one even checked to see if I brought back blankets and hand truck. Truck was left unlocked and unattended for who knows how long.Michael F.

Was supposed to have 12 moving blankets with the rental. Noticed none in the trailer and told vendor. Didn't change the paperwork, just gave me $10 out of till. So while I was not out the money, it did cause some issues upon turn in.Richard R.

O my, that took so long. I was standing there for over half an hour waiting while the cashier typed in the same numbers over and over again. I don't know what she was doing but there is no way that was correct... just a very annoying way to end a long day. Don't come here if you can avoid itSamuel S.
Well I was charged for 115 miles when my total miles was 62 all together but they charged me for 115 miles which was not right at all! I will go with another company next time if I need to move!TERRILYN S.

The dolly we got was broken the strap that fits on the tires one of those was broken so my car had only one tire strap holding it .I had to pay 58.00 for a tore up dollie and only got it for 3 hours .I will never go back there to rent nothing and the worker had no idea what he was doingjudy B.
Made resv online, but the staff was unsure about what I had put in. NEVER went out to check the equipment, my vehicle, assist with hookup, or ask any questions. When I returned it, they never even looked to see if the trailer was actually in their lot. "Gas" station was actually a vape/head shop. Bongs, hookahs, pipes, and all other paraphernalia. Not a great place for renting equipmentJ Garrick H.
This place was a gas station turned into a liquor store, it was not very inviting, also the people inside were not very helpful and also they had blaring music with cussing on it, it was a good thing I didn't have my grandchildren with me .Tony S.

The vehicle I had confirmation for was not at location when I went to pick it up. When I tuned in the vehicle I ended up taking after an hour dealing with the store manager the out miles was wrong by over 200 miles.DARRYL W.
