I make the reservation thru you web site and for anyone that is not too savvy it could be a problems with so many steps to follow, also when I did the check out on the app was keep asking about the return so I end up calling you guys just to confirm that what I did was correct, on the prize you guys needs to work on that specially when I cound get a flat rate with your competition, I was looking to pay 42 plus and I belive I end up paying 72 plus for just few hours other them that everything went weel, the person at the location was excelent and professional ...

Pedro CTruck was a bit dusty, had to use a blower to clean it. Cabin was a bit dirty as well. Service is good, Carlos answered all my questions and helped me a lot.
Hactor CThe ratchet on the trailer is difficult to release. Auto transport trailer is a great design. Need to improve this item. Takes two people to loosen. One releasing ratchet and other to pull on strap.

Eyleen ATHE RECEIVING UHAUL IN MIAMI IS THE WORST! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ALWAYS GO TO A CELLPHONE VOICE MAIL THEY DO NOT HAVE HOURS OF OPERATIONS CORRECTLY WAS THERE FOR MORE THAN 45 MIN WAITING TO BE HELPED THEY NEVER ARRIVED TO OPEN THE PREMISES WITH EQUIPMENT AND THEY NEVER EVEN RETURNED MY CALLS BUT THEY DID CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR EXTRA GAS LIKE THEY WERE THERE TO HELP ME RETURN THE EQUIPMENT AND ALL THAT!!

Roberto SU-Haul is not a place I’d rent a truck ever again from the location. I went to to pick the truck up was not safe and the person there was very unhelpful. I didn’t get any information on my receipt of what I was renting. I was charged for four days. I only use the truck for one day, which I completely feel I was ripped off, and the truck itself was in poor shape, it barely could get above 60 miles an hour which the roads for driving on were 70 so definitely not a company that is out to take care of the customer out to rip the customer off. It is one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with in a long time , they also tried to are trying to charge me more money for gas that claiming the tank was half full when the tank out of the truck was at a quarter so I would say they get a one out of 10 for quality of service a one out of 10 for the truck they provided and I would suggest finding a different company to rent from and not ever use U-Haul ever ever ever

Dennis KPickup instructions unclear and the website portal says to grab and go trailer do online form and submit through the app, while there is no front desk or any help with the location. There is not a lot of signage at all and warehouse space is empty, warehouse next-door said to go to the second floor but all the doors are locked, had to call the guy after the fact couldn't ever find him or face to face.
Marco BWe wanted to use mobile pick up but couldn’t they didn’t give us a code to get the key so then we had to wait about 10 minutes till the guy got there to give us a key after my reservation was moved from 7am to 8am! then he says they didn’t have furniture dollies never do yet you can select it! Cargo van didn’t feel very well kept either! Not a good experience

NADHI RI was charged for two days for truck and trailer , when only needed one day ! Owner said this was policy, yet when I drop off at a real uhaul they advise could only rent one day ? $250 lost

Carlos DI specifically asked if the trailer was 5 ft in width as that is what I needed ( it also says it is 5ft wide on the description). It turns out, the trailer is not 5 ft wide, so it did not serve my purpose. I basically wasted my money. Trailer is less than 5 ft in with inside. You should not advertise it as 5 ft wide. .

Leonel ELocation was small with upstairs office. Manager promised us a 15 foot truck several times in advance of pickup date. Upon arrival, we were offered 20 foot truck for same price. We had no choice but offered truck was clean and gas usage was ok. Everything worked out but turning the 20 foot truck was a challenge...

Domenica TThe fuel level was in medium at the moment of picking up the truck. When I was going to drop it off first I went to put gasoline at the gas station and I was charged more than $80.00. I think I had to receive the truck full tank so I wouldn’t be charged too expensive

I ordered to pick up at one location and drop off at another and have confirmation for it and when I went to drop off they told me I had to take to the pick up because the person there set it up that way and if I didn’t I would have to pay an extra $200. So I then had to change plans and drive another hour to drop off. Asked to speak to a manager and was not allowed to. Terrible service.

Catherine PCarlos, the owner was great, attendant was super really helpful and friendly, helped me hook up the Car Carrier, checked the lights. Asked what to do if I want to return it early, told me its even possible using the app, they don’t even have to be open (they were closing early that day due) so return was a breeze even after closing time using the app. Overall great!
