I had reserved the truck, a car towing dolly, an appliance dolly, and 12 blankets with over a weeks notice. They had no appliance dolly & only 6 blankets when I got there. The movers I contracted through U-Haul to load my truck (Enterprise Movers) were 3 hours late, did a horrible job loading (we, as customers, had to rearrange half the truck to get everything to fit), and they damaged/destroyed several items. They blamed it on U-Haul's scheduling system.

Yes I would recommend this location provided the leak be fixed on the truck I had rented as well as the air conditioning system be repaired. The people at Custom Car Care 3 were nice enough but not overly friendly and offered no solutions to me regarding the leak.

Make sure your pricing clearly matches what your App/Online prices are vs in person and clearly differentiate the types "trips" I made my reservation online and was quoted $53 +taxes and the like, I came out paying a little over $100 when everything I had was budgeted properly when I was told that I would be paying less. Even had to get a bigger truck because the truck I had originally reserved was for "LOCAL" trips only. That made no sense when I was indeed going from one location to the other. This was never explained on the website nor the app. using the self pickup option on the application is horrendous as well. I was asked for my passport, employee phone number and the attendant "Danielle" was horrible as well. Didn't answer any of my questions and rudely kicked me out of the chat session because there was nothing more she can do... like I was inconveniencing her. Over all.. DON'T USE THE ONLINE SERVICES. Go to the rental locations in person instead. The staff at expert car care 3 were very kind and wonderful. They explained what had happened and even though I was visibly upset, they assisted me and fiance through the whole process without any hiccups.

800# screwed my arranThegements I had to take a truck that was way too big because after I reserved it when it was time to pick it up they said it it's not in system stressful move because of U-Haul truck ate a lot of gas it was to big.this place we as great it was the 800# that I made the reservations with that was horrible

The employee there no problem great service but the truck when it was handed to me the ac was working fine as soon as I got the location which was only was 2.5 miles the ac just stop working as I parked and was blowing extremely hot air . Not a good experience! The back wasn't swept before I received it! Just want to give my experience

It was such a long process to get online approval and finally get the truck. I returned it the same day just a couple of hours and got a email saying it was $62 then last night I checked my bank and it said pending $162+so I'm confused in why is so much? Need clarification on this. Truck was the small one

Since the drop off location listed on my paperwork didn't exist, I went to the closest Uhaul. The lovely lady that worked there told me that if she checked me in there, she would have to charge me so she gave me directions to where I was assigned (but not told previously) to drop off. She also gave me instructions for how to do the process without having to deal with anyone(I'm incredibly grateful to her for that). Luckily the place was close and I was able to drop off the truck. But then I was told I was going to be charged an extra $56 for an extra day of rental even though I returned the truck on Wednesday like my paperwork said. The truck got me where I needed to go but the communication and lack of correct information (except for the lady that works in DeBary) makes me not want to use Uhaul again.

The inside of the truck was clean but it's love big season, so the outside front was full of love bugs. K was charged a $25 cleaning fee when I didn't get a clean truck. The fee is bogus.

Predatory practices on behalf of U-Haul. Nothing against the location, but apparently now you have to check-in equipment by mobile device or get a hidden charge to your account. It would have been nice to be warned about this, as U-Haul always allowed customers to use the drop-off box. Customers shouldn't have to carefully read through every line of a contract to not be hit with frivolous hidden charges. Lifetime customer of U-Haul switching over to competitors since this isn't the first time I've been blindsided. Shame on corporate.

Not sure why I was billed so much, I was billed $60 on top of my original payment. That means I was billed for 75 extra miles on top of the 25 I prepaid. I absolutely did not do 100 miles

The trailer i hooked up to had a flat tire Now it didn't look flat. Bothe the manager and myself looked at the tires. The mechanic was not able to resolve the issue due to there being a piece of metal and a very large nail in the tire. The manager quickly changed me to a different trailer and was on my way.

I had no problem with the location but the uhaul truck was full of roaches we didn't find this out until the truck was packed and a box of pizza was left in the drivers cabin unattended. The pizza was there only for about an hour and when we returned the bus was fill if roaches. This caused us to take out all the boxes and carry them in my dad's trailer. Causing additional unnecessary trips and loss of time. When I requested ab extra day the costumer service rep was rude and acted like it was an excuse to get an extra day. I will be giving your company bad reviews based on this experience.

Have someone available at the site as we waited almost an hour for our truck keys.

I returned the truck with more fuel then I received it. I was still charged for 2 additional gallons of fuel. shame on me for not verifying the amount in the truck, matched with the corresponding paper work. when returning the truck I was asked to wait 10 minutes for the receipt, I didn't have the time to wait and the fuel surcharge was the price for not waiting. it was not the cost of the surcharge, its the principal of the matter. never again

Never received the dolly but was contacted by the Expert Care employee saying he would credit me the cost. Received my bill and shows I was charged for 2 dolly's and 6 furniture covers??? Tried to get ahold of Uhaul for a refund and they DO NOT return calls.

THESE GUYS ARE INCOMPITENT. THEY OVERCHARGED ME. THEY TOOK FOREVER ON THE COMPUTER TRYING TO ENTER THE INFORMATION. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT OVERCHARGING ME, THEY SENT ME TO THE ORANGE CITY LOCATION. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Only one person working front desk of auto repair/Uhaul shop...came in to pick up trailer..went outside to move car from getting hit by truck...went back in and customer cut in front if me ...waited 25 minutes to talk to the 1 person and no one to hook up trailer...for older female...had to track down mechanic tossing trash to ask if he could help me...poor customer service

I had reserved a truck and trailer at the location nearest me and got a call the day before the move and was told that at my preferred location there weren't any trucks the size I needed so I had to pick them up at a different location. Not a big deal. The issue I had with the new pick up location was it was co-located with a car repair business and it felt like being a U-Haul customer I wasn't a high priority. Even though I had input all of reservation information online, after the price was totaled up it seemed higher than quoted online. Even though I selected no insurance coverage for the trailer, it had been added without my consent. I had to have it corrected. The location also didn't have packing blankets that I had reserved so I was forced to drive to yet another location for those.

Vehicle needed an alignment. We didn't need a truck this big. The facility was really dark with no lighting. I attempted to return the veh at night and could not due to no lights there or visibility. GPS never said I was at the location. This place is behind another building. They need lights on this property to facilitate drop off after hours.
