I have been to this store several times and every time the person who can deal with rental trucks is not around or available even though I have rented for a specific time. So I end up waiting for 15 minutes then another 5 minutes to finish. Also the app for photoing my Driver's license never works. There is some weird thing with the ignition where it locks out the key until you jiggle the steering wheel. no one told me this. I had to call your emergency service. What a pain. Even they did not understand it but they asked if the steering was locked and i moved the steering wheel and it locked and open the place for the key to go. Weird and a pain.

Daniel MesaVery easy. Very appreciative that when another’s plans changed my truck availability you called with a solution. Wish I hadn’t had to replace gas myself. I know that’s how rental cars go but driving that 26 ‘ thing around gas pumps seems like prime chance for accidents. Really couldn’t afford $35 service fee so braved the pump but almost sideswiped the railing with the back end. I didn’t but could see how in that tight a space it could happen. Would have preferred to get to choose pay $2 per mile or something similar and not have to fill up OR the 1.29 or whatever per mile and have to refill.

I always use this company but after this I will never use them again or recommend anyone I was told I drive 156 miles when I only drove the same miles Friday when I reserved for the day prior.

Harold JenkinsOvercrowded and difficult to maneuver trucks in limited yard space with outside cars lining up at gas pumps. Extremely frustrating and quite unsafe. Staff inside was told of chaos outside but did not come out to deal with it and essentially ignored the complaint. I have been a long-time U-Haul customer and will remain loyal but this was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

Ahsan ChohanWhen I arrived to pick up the truck at the location, that app upload the photo from my phone did not work. and the person behind the counter could not deal with the rental. I could not understand his accent so it was hard for me to understand what was going on. He then wrote down that someone from Uhaul would be coming in 2 minutes. 5 minutes passed and no one showed up. 15 minutes later someone called him, he gave me his phone, and I gave the person on the phone enough info for him to allow the rental. This all delayed me getting the truck and I was on a tight schedule to use the truck to get rental equipment and pick up an employee. All in all a bit of a hassle and delay. Equipment was fine and in good condition.

Naga Vamsi RayaproluI was not given any information when I picked up the truck about bringing it back late. I was less than an hour late bringing the truck back and my rental was apparently extended for another day. When I returned home I realized the truck still had an active reservation so I called uhaul. The representative that I spoke to informed me the truck rental was extended at 11am and I didn't even have to return it until 1pm and she didn't understand why it was extended? She told me she called the gas station and spoke to the manager and the rental would be returned. I checked back in an hour and it was still active. I drove back to the station to see what was going on and explain what uhaul had told me. The attendant at Evergreen gas station told me that uhaul lied to me and they have NO way of doing anything with extending the rental on their end. He would not return it on his IPad! I would up being charged for 2 DAYS and having to pay over $200!!!! I feel like this is something that needs to be verbally communicated with the customer when the keys are handed over!! This was a horrible experience for me on the weekend of a move that is stressful as is!!

Jack NelsonFirst off the passenger side mirror was broken, Every time i hit a bump ofr the wind blew to hard it would move. Second it was pretty expensive for an in town move. It maybe better for an out of state move but i am not sure i would give it a chance.

David PlaudisThe van I initially rented was not available. However there were three vans on the lot. I asked the cashier what did he have a available and wind up with a 10ft. ok. The link and the key was for a different truck. I can't verify the truck because the information doesn't match. I go back inside to the attendant. He says I changed your vehicle. I tell him to send me a new link so I can verify the vehicle before I leave. He says don't worry about it. I have it here on the tablet. He and I go back and forth because on uncomfortable that I can't verify anything about the vehicle he switched me to. He says don't worry about it we'll verify it when you return it. I waspressed for time with no other options so I took the truck. However I was not comfortable with thus transaction at all. I rent uhaul vehicles often and I've never encountered such foolishness. I would not recommend this location. And both trucks were filthy.
BRIDGITTE DAVISDon’t overcharge the customer… I only drove a total of 7 miles between the rental pick up point, the storage facility and my home (then back to the pick up/drop off). All three are within the same township. The distances between all three points only adds up to 7 miles. This is easily provable. The receipt from U-Haul stated I drove 24 miles, overcharging me more than $20 beyond what it should have been. They claimed the odometer reading began 17 miles earlier than what it actually was. The fact is I took pictures of the odometer the time before I left the pick up location which confirms this. The time signature of the photo also confirms the time I picked up the truck. They took pictures of my ID which also should have a time signature aligning to the time, further proving my contention. The fact is, the beginning odometer reading they claimed on the receipt is false and thus adds up to being fraud….as a result my credit card was overcharged. So may I suggest that everyone take a picture of the odometer reading so as not to be overcharged….

Dewayne WhiteThe fuel level was very low. The agent gave me $11.20 as fuel credit to fill that amount of fuel first; very weird system. Previously, I drove uhaul and got in full tank condition, and gave it back in full tank condition. However, this time after filling $11.20 fuel, the fuel level was around 25%. I drove for 23 miles, and I had to fill 4 more gallons as the fuel indicator was not moving with 1 gal or so fueling. It was hell of an experience.

Derek BarberI am very disappointed with U Haul. The engine would not start on the first truck I received. I had to get a different truck which was an inconvience. The second truck was extremely dirty and sticky. Also the air conditioning did not work in the truck at all. We spent our entire trip in 90 degree weather with not air. I’m am very disappointed and will not be using this company again.

Margaret SchlossbergBe consistent. The merchant was rude. The price for insurance was different than what I signed up for. I paid for 200 miles but used only 184. He told me to work that out online. Get rid of this location. It is convenient to my home and that makes for a great pickup and dropoff, but I will never go there again. I will also NOT recommend Uhaul to anyone!!

I literally went back to the site to go check the truck in after I received the text about checking in the truck. Had I been aware of the process at the beginning, I would have planned for that and been better prepared.
