I am not a fan of weekday only 9-5 drop off locations. move folks don't move during the work day. I was fortunate that Martina was there just after five on Thursday and let me drop this off otherwise I would have had to travel 15 miles and back the next day to drop.

I could not pick my truck up and there was an 1 hour and a half delay, got transferred to 4 people, I had movers waiting for me at my house that I still had to pay full rate while I was waiting to get by truck. Please advise, very sour taste in my mouth. You can see the conversation call logs.

With a Sunday drop off, it was difficult to get into the site. No one answered the phone and an access code was not provided in contract. The hours were also not provided in the contract so there is difficult to drop off here.

The Uhaul employees that I have met have been very good albeit busy. Uhaul’s business practices stink.. My confirmed reservations are always changed, last minute, and terms are changed as well. Looking at the huge number of emails I got from Uhaul, I ended up with 3 different prices. When I returned the vehicle both Uhaul help center and the Uhaul facility were closed. There were no signs or instructions on where to park or what to do. I had to decide if I wanted to pay money for someone to check my vehicle in after sitting in an unsecured lot for 2 days or use an app. The app took a few times to download, and awhile to work through. I have used Uhaul multiple times and have been left only marginally satisfied each and every time.

I was called and offered an upgrade from a 15’ truck to a 26’ truck, which I accepted. When I was called to confirm the reservation and pick up, I was told a 26’ truck was not available. I’m not sure why the upgrade was offered when the vehicle was not available. However, I ended up with a 20’ truck that was very nice, mobile check in and return was very easy and convenient and I would say everyone I talked to at U-Haul was helpful and pleasant.

The tire sensor indicates the PSI for rear tire was very low shows 13 when I was driving in the middle of nowhere. PSI reading for all other two tires showed 54 and 58 and one tire PSI shows 74. The office manager advised me to call U-Haul road assistance snd they were very great assisting me and checking on me and asked if the tire service driver showed up yet. The tire service driver was very kind to keep in touch with me via texting. Yesterday when I returned the van. Thshowed very little of sympathetic about the incident. She said it can happened at anytime.

The returning was an issue. The gate bar did not open automatically differently from what the office lady told me. I had to ask a favor who was loading to the stroage room, and they kindly gave me the gate access. Very puzzled for 15min.

My favorite Uhaul location

Had a 5' x 16' storage unit available when I called. Sign up was quick, explained all the information, and able to come and go to my storage unit 24/7. I lost my keys, and they were able to get a locksmith the next business day, for a reasonable cost. This is the second time using this facility in the last 30 years. Would highly recommend.

The only glitch at times was getting someone to answer the phone. Yes during business hours. Everything else was very good. Brad is very helpful and friendly.

Location was totally adequate. We used the mobile check-in/check-out so we didn't interact with any workers. Location was easy to find and the cargo van we rented was excellent. Finding the keys was easy and simple and the key return sign at the front office was super helpful as the app and website glitched.

Estate Storage was great. Their location worked well for us The facility is clean with easy in and out. They have rental trucks as well if you need it. Great communication. The staff is wonderful. Can't ask for anything more. Will call Estate Storage first every time!

the app is garbage, everything else about my rental was great but the app itself is something that would prevent me from recommending uhaul to anyone. It constantly gets stuck trying to load things, no progress indicators, bad UI and UX, just all around not a good experience to use

In my 75 years I have rented a few storage units. Estate Storage was the by far the best, I had 4 units at one time, sorry I did not leave a review for each of my move outs, but I would have said the same. It was always clean, no debris laying around and in the winter the snow was always removed in a timely manner. All areas were well lite, and I felt very secure...in fact I conducted many sells on Craig's list because of this security. My costumers felt very good with this and at times rented a very convenient U-Haul to haul away their new purchase. The office was always open 8 to 5 except for Sunday. I had 24 - 7 access which was used at times. The staff was very well trained and always solved any of my problems. Very friendly with a smile and wave when I entered the gate. We needed a small storage unit for our son’s college furniture when he was between apartments. Estate Storage was convenient, affordable and easy to access when needed. Martina was very helpful when we needed a trailer to move the contents, and she helped us when we reserved the storage unit and moved out. It was a great experience all around. We highly recommend Estate Storage.

I was very pleased with how well kept this complex was maintained. The insect population was kept at bay so that I did not have to ever fight spider webs and spiders to enter my unit. Nice people. FYI-Renter supplies light bulb for unit. Our unit had a 9 ft ceiling and didn’t have a light bulb. We always forgot to bring one. Rather challenging when we were in unit after dark.
