This location constantly overcharges its customers. I have used it now twice and both times there is an issue with my charges of my closing contract. I will not use this location again. The reservation started so misleading from the beginning. No one was there until after 50 minutes from opening time. The van was buried in snow, and filthy. Customer service over the phone was very pleasant. Had to file a complaint thats pending, the overall process for pickup and drop off was horrible and no manager on site as they said would be. Can't always take good pictures of the vehicle due to space restrictions. I would have kept the van longer had I known the office was closed on Saturdays the man I spoke to said the location closed at 3. The checkout took much longer than I expected due to taking pics and getting an additional authorization that cut into my rental time. But overall the experience was good next time I would just use a location where I can checkout early in person.Malinda C.

The truck was absolutely filthy. There were 2 large pallets In the back which made it hard to fit things and move things around. There was also rice and plastic wrap in the back of the truck. I have photos if you need them.Alberto F.

Please make sure that requested equipment is inside the truck for a smooth pickup as well as making sure the trucks are clean. I had to sweep out debris which resembled paint/drywall. Also the dolly was missing. Otherwise fine.Keith R.

They stole our moving blankets, overcharged us for gas and mileage, and added on an unnecessary cleaning fee. Both when we called and went in person we were told that there was nothing that they could do, we would have to speak to a manager, but were unable to tell us when a manager would be available. We reserved a truck and furniture dolly for 10am pick up, but waited for almost an hour there was still no body at the business. We had to call Uhaul and a client service staff woke up the business owner. At 11am the business owner still hadnt shown up, we had to leave for a prior appointment. We called the business around 11:30am to reschedule the pick up for the afternoon, after we came back we were told that they did not have any furniture dolly (which we reserved a week ago!). The owner gave us an old one of his own, but it was so rusty that we could barely push it... this move was really really painful.....Tao H.

You U-Haul app is horrible! I did the mobile check-in and while on the premises I couldn't complete my pick up or drop off via your app. I spent additional time with the vendor to complete my pick up which was fine but what's the point of your app?? Then when I went to return the van around 2pm I couldn't complete my drop off vis your app - I locked the van, dropped off the key into the key box and left frustrated that I didn't complete my drop off - ended up calling your customer service line and the agent told me to call the area manager and I did - left a voice message letting them know I dropped the van off. Called the vendor back up and asked if he could complete my drop off and I think he did. Point is - I dropped off the van ahead of my 3pm time. I hope to see no further charges than what I am expected to pay for the few miles I drove for. I returned the van with a complete tank of gas. Your app and it's service is terrible!CLAUDIO G.

Your customer service line is terrible ...I called Friday to make my reservation one way ..she did not do it properly which made me have to call multiple people most of whom did not know what they were doing ...overall not a great experienceAlexander S.

I had reserved a handtruck a furniture dolly and padded sheets for my move. None of the above was provided with the 10' truck that I have reserved.. This was a major inconvenience as I was moving large furniture which ended up getting damaged as a result of not having the proper equipment.Michael B.

The pick up process was messy, there was practically no reception for my iPhone, I tried to log in with my friend phone and no reception too I had to go almost a block away to get reception The license photo was very messy too The return princess was also messy They refuse to take the mileage and the gas level They insist that I will get that in few minutes I waited about 45 minutes and the answer was the same Unfortunately I left my iPhone in the job side and was alone, I couldn't get a picture I reputed to the person inside the office that That's not the way to close the folder I'm very upset, I will never ever return to that place, I would rather rent from someone else Very DÃ©dalo intend Still I don't know what's my final billSilvio C.
Review the vehicle properly and the person who checked the vehicle. Make sure person is not a lier. I return the van and put gas, show the document and proof that i put gas, still they charge me $8 extra for gas. Even though the lady says she's gonna refund that money but never happen that. Poor service. Not recommended to anyone this place. Graciasraju K.
