Try greasing and lubricating the balls and hitches and ratchet straps every now and then. The gentleman at this location was very nice.

Very friendly. Easy to work with. Would be nice if they had a credit card chip reader. Got a fraud alert from my CC company. did not have the total number of pads needed. got 18, instead of the 24 requested.

The gentleman at this location was incredibly sympathetic to the fact that I had a truly HELLISH experience with U-Haul overall. He is one of the reasons that I would EVER consider using U-Haul again.

Very cramped and difficult to access with 26' truck and car hauler. Difficult to find. The owner was super helpful and friendly. FYI - "Was" the personnel helpful.... should read "Were" the personnel.....

We dropped off car dolly & the truck. Jon said there was some black tape on the fender of hand dolly & something was broken. Everything was returned & we told him we didn't do it. He was going try to get us to pay for it. He told me he would call if there was a problem. I have used U-HAUL a lot & next time. I may have to try a different company. Thank you.

This location was not where I had been told my reservation was confirmed. I had to drive 2hours away to pick up the vehicle. The confirmed reservation was not honored. We were very unhappy about the entire experience. After I returned the vehicle there was no record of my rental and had I not been honest and called there was no contract or record of my rental. The entire experience was unprofessional.

I had to go back in order to pick up refund of deposit after going to the pick up location and informing them that I was told I couldnt get my refund it would be mailed to me and they called the drop off dealer and was told not to send me back. Corporate had to be contacted before I was given my deposit back. U-haul has given me horrible service and I was very disappointed. Something needs to be done regarding this.

We only needed this to haul a vehicle that broke down from Preston VA to Duncan Falls, OH. Was outrageously priced for what we got and no longer than we had it.

I was not given my $50 GUARANTEE as promised by the customer service representative and I also spoke with that field manager. He said that I would get it immediately. That hasn't happened. I called in yesterday and was told it would be taken care of and I would receive an email back from the field manager. That has not happened.

I had to drive 100 miles round trip out of my way to get the trailer. That's alot of gas. Didn't appreciate that. I will consider other rental options next time.

Do not rent a truck with a lot of mechanical problems to someone driving over 100 miles. Drive them, check them out well and service them or take them out of service completely . Do not rent out of state trucks for local use. This truck I rented had been rented for a local move and came back in poor condition, from a new York dealer,who then rented it to me for over the road.

For 1st time people renting they should be told about the tow/haul. My husband didn't didn't figure it out until it was time to return it. That could have saved us gas. Plus there should be an inventory sheet allowing blankets and Dolly on the truck and if not returned on the truck people should be charged for them because everybody don't have a dolly.

I dropped the trailer off when this location was closed. The next morning I received an email from UHaul stating that the trailer was returned and a copy of my receipt was attached. The entire rental was handled very professionally. Thank you.

the worst part of the deal was all the paper work process you have to go thru..other than that equipment was good and the move went smoothly.

Accommodating return policy, for company closing hours

One tire had 2 large bubbles/swollen areas and near blowing out. Had to put my own trailer spare on after loading my car being towed on due to time crunching and no time to wait for uhaul "roadside assistance". Forward safety chain was broken and had been for a while judging by the amount of rust accumulated on the broken area. Friendly and fast service, just poor equipment quality and condition.

The computer system was down. Waited 1.5 hours to get trailer. It appears that I was given the wrong trailer. returned the trailer one day after pickup and now I have been charged $165.00 more for one day of use.

I reserved a trailer at a different location. That location didn't have any trailers there for rent. Luckily this location was open and had one available. The customer service on the phone was below par and didn't make my reservation with the other garage as I was told he would. Thank goodness the guy at Elliotts garage was easy to work with and had something on hand.

This place is great. He spent 45 minutes trying to get our rental through on the phone, amazing that no one at haul could handle that. We had no choice but to leave and rent a trailer later in the day. We returned it here, and he was very helpful and sympathetic to the b******* that we had endured.

Why was I sent to a Uhaul center in the other side of the county. This was 29 miles I should not have been charged for.

Truck had the worst tires got stuck and had to pay 300 tow bill even tho i purchased insurance and now im out 300 dollars and the insurance was worthless

Staff was friendly and helpful, but upon getting the tow dolly home we noticed that both of the safety chains were broken. It was already after business hours and we were leaving so we had to buy our own chains to keep the car safely on the dolly. Informed the drop-off location that it needed to be fixed.

the gentleman that helped us was very nice and thorough. However, as it's not a regular U-Haul location, there was only one employee at the time which made it difficult for us to get the trailer we rented as he had to help the other customers as well. If you have to rent here, make sure to schedule pickup after 10 a.m.
