Really has nothing to do with the location. The whole rental return was a total mess. First, I was sent by uhaul to a location 23 miles away from where I was staying. That location closes at night and is locked up. I googled other locations and found there were three within 5 miles of my hotel. Then I called and was told, after waiting on the phone almost 20 minutes, that I could try to drop at another location. Then you charged me $20 for finding a location that actually wasn't under lock and key. Y'all are GREAT. Elite Auto Spa - Thank you! You are great.TIMOTHYEDWARD S.

I did not get any help. Was told to unhook the car dolly myself. My daughter and I had to pick up and push the car dolly into a spot. Was told I couldn't do the truck off and had to leave with the truck until she could call uhaul to find a different place to take it. Was made to park the truck in the spot instead of the employee. Was told someone else would check my equipment in later instead of someone checking it in with me. Got charged for extra milage and not enough gas when the worker lady is the one who made us leave with it stating there wasn't enough room for the truck. Still waiting to be contacted back about everything. I'm not happy at all and hurt my shoulder and back having to pick up and push the car dolly.Shannon G.

Do not expect to use on line check in. "Pick up my truck" option was never available on line. We arrived at the indicated time but had to wait for someone to arrive. He then had to call someone else to complete what I had already entered on line.Ronald W.

The truck was left with 10 miles of gas, which isn't very much in a huge truck. If you accelerate into traffic, you'll lose a couple miles instantly. There were cigarette ashes in the cup holder, the cabin smelled like cigarette smoke, and the back of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no cleaning done between previous driver and when I picked it up for use.Mitchell B.

I returned a truck with a quarter of a tank of gas which was more than the eighth of a tank of gas when I picked it up...Why was I charge $21 for gas when I done what I was instructed to do?Russell C.

Location is great... using a credit card was a nightmare..wouldn't process had to leave and get cash. Price for mileage is way too high... it would probably be helpful of the location also had a cash register or cash box on site so that you dont have to wait for everyone to scrounge up enough money to give change. The lady that works there was telling me she didnt have room for the truck I was returning... not my problem... she wanted me to park it donit would fit on the lot...I told her NO! uhaul system too too long to come up...Melissa U.

I believed I was renting the truck for the day and much later received a text stating that the truck was due back at 2:30pm. We were closing a department store and there was no way to be back by that time. I left the truck at midnight, at the place I rented it from, with the same amount of gas I received it with and with the mileage I had told them I would be using. I was debited for 195.00, charged an additional fee for "checking on return" and charged mileage plus the daily fee for two days. Not cool.Glory H.

Need to Have rental agent at location. Had to do contract over the phone. Folks were all very helpful, and even over phone it went smoothly. Need to have hitch balls and tube on hand. I had to go to AutoZone to get one. An extra $50.whit J.
I had this reserved 1 week in advance and I even called 2 days prior to do a faster checkin. I also asked everything I need will be available. She said yes. I get there and I wait literally hour and half to go through the whole process. They had no one to help with the trailer. They had no dollies or moving equipment that I had requested to move my things. Horrible experience.Heather J.
