DANIEL MORINOThe fuel tank was empty. I was told to return the truck with the tank 1/4 full, which I did, and I would be given a credit. The credit was $21.50, but it cost me $31.50. That will be the last time I get scammed by Uhaul.

My suggestion is that when the customer brings the car back in a drunken state, charge a large amount of money so that he does not commit such a disgraceful act again.
ARMAN HARUTYUNYANVan leaked gas. Smell in the cab was awful and had to keep the windows open despite the heat. When I added fuel at the end of the rental there was a new puddle of gas dripping from underneath the filler. Attendant was courteous and said he would take care of it. But the prior rental surely had the same problem. Unacceptably dangerous risk due to inadequate maintenance/inspection.

MANNJOT BHASINThe vehicle was loud and anyone that rents it should have noise cancelling headphones. Definite issues with the muffler. My brother followed in his own vehicle and could hear it with the windows up and 3 cars away. Also, check engine light came on during the use.

Your app froze up and your customer service rep said that the app didn't work properly that I had to go online through uhaul.com to complete this transaction. I wasted 45 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong before your representative told me that your app did not work properly. 100% bulshit

It frankly pisses my off that I have to go through so many “No, I Don’t Want” clicks to make a reservation, but to then have the first one added BACK to the contract, where I need to diligently look for it to demand again that it me removed, or be stuck (again) paying for something I do bot want and said I didn’t want. This is the kind of shit that results in class-actual law suits.
