Your mobile app is complete shit! Why even roll it out if it doesn't work properly all you're doing is making your customers mad. Your app froze up and your customer service rep said that the app didn't work properly that I had to go online through uhaul.com to complete this transaction. Please honor my online request to PASS on CDW when checking out the vehicle. It frankly pisses my off that I have to go through so many â€œNo, I Don't Wantâ€ clicks to make a reservation, but to then have the first one added BACK to the contract, where I need to diligently look for it to demand again that it me removed, or be stuck (again) paying for something I do bot want and said I didn't want. This is the kind of shit that results in class-actual law suits.GEORGE R.
The location was great but the uhaul website was not as user friendly as it could be and when I called uhaul to discuss what I thought was a billing mistake ( I was wrong) I waited 50 minutes on the phone. The person answering the phone was nice.PHILIP M.

I purchased 24 packing blankets and a dolly with my order. They didn't have these items and couldn't take them off the bill because each time I was there their â€œbossâ€ wasn't in and that was the only person who could do the change. I had to go purchase blankets at Home Depot. I spent 45 min on hold with uhaul only to have the operator hang up on me after answering. Overall a stressful experience. 1 star.Enoch J.

The pickup and drop off was very quick and efficient. However, the lock on the rear door did not work and the Eli employee said he has asked his UHaul rep for a new lock several times. Summary, Eli's did a great job, the truck served its purpose, but the local UHaul rep needs to better support his/her outlets.Brian S.

Location, eqt and rep were good...BUT I WAS OVERCHARGED!!! I was charged $14 for SafeMove that I didnt order. Also charged $5 for furniture pads that I didn't order. Told rep prior to signing contract that I didn't want either additional item and he attempted several times to adjusted it on his computer. However, I was charged for them anyway. Fees are outrageously high and it wasn't explained at all that we had to pay a per mileage fee AND we had to pay for the gas that was used. We would have filled up at the gas station where we rented the truck before parking it if we had known.Michael T.

I dropped off the trailer on Friday 10 May. Steve said he would log the trailer in. I was called Friday night by U-Haul asking where the trailer was. I explained it was already dropped off. On Sunday 12 May, I called U-Haul to ask status...still not logged in as returned. I called Steve Monday 13 May. He said he forgot. Poor servicejohn S.
When I dropped off the truck I was told i would be emailed (same day) with drop off conformation, got nothing. next day i stopped by, boss was not there (it was sunday), had to force the guy at the counter to take my name and reservation # to give the boss so he could email me my drop off conformation, still nothing, l had to call Uhaul direct to get what I was promised and needed, people on the phone could barely speak english.Robert M.

They were very accommodating on such short notice. I thought the u-haul I was going to get was a truck that might break down on the way back to where I was going, but I was pleasantly surprised that the gentlemen were looking out for my well being which is unheard of since I am a woman, I was treated like so and with care. I was charged 2 gallons extra for fuel, because the truck's fuel guage indicator online shows the tank was full when it wasn't (i have a picture of it) I filled it more than i used for the day and i still got charged $9.50 for 2 gallonsstephan S.
