Tow dolly was on a slope. I was afraid to remove the rocks From under the tires without assistance for fear the tow dolly would get away from me. I called my son-in-law for help. Shortly after he arrived, a service tech from U-haul drove up and completed the connection to my motor home.

Got there 30 minutes early but was told I would have to come back in 30 minutes in order to get the pads and hand trucks. Came back in 30 minutes no pads and no hand trucks. Not a good place to go rent u-haul.

Sheretha Paramore SCAMMERS!!!!! Run as fast as you can!! Owner is very GHETTO and Unprofessional! I rented a U-Haul from these BUMS! and the pick up process was very tedious and irritating. The lady not helpful and no one advised me that I had to check in online. As a matter of fact it was optional! I returned the vehicle the same day and refueled it with over the returned amount. Got the final bill and was charged a fuel fee and other bootleg charges. They lied about the fuel level, which made me question the mileage difference. When I called the business, the lady who later mentioned she was the Owner, became more ghetto and unprofessional. Even after I said my peace and disconnected the call. This Ghetto bird, proceeded to text my phone talking about she could have refunded me $50 dollars but she's not. Really? This makes you more of a scammer and a THIEF! Secondly who keeps texting a customer back to back and your the Owner? And you mentioned that you also run a Tax business? Omg! Run as fast as you can! I will also reporting this business on every social platform I can. These people are SCAMMERS

First time customer at this location. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE . I had an Emergency and needed a rental. Natasha was very Attentive and concerned about my situation. Very patient young lady. She got me taken care of in under 30 minutes with no pressure what so ever. You have no idea how much time and stress you saved me and my family today. Just by your Help.. Thank you so much..

The location wasn't open and was to be open 9-5 . I had to call Uhaul 800 number several times to self check out as the WiFi In area was bad. Finally an area manager showed up and checked us out. When we returned the truck a rep in a car checked truck in . Also whenI called the location to confirm reservation I asked for directions and the lady on the phone couldn't give them. I know I could goggle them which I did but I asked a simple question that she couldn't answer. It should not have taken over an hour to check the truck out.

There is no one on site so you have to call them when you drop off. Both times I've dropped off there, they did not log me in on time and I had to make followup calls to get my account straight. This is not efficient for anyone.

Drop off location. This was the initial drop off location that was texted to me but was not the same as what was online. This location was simply the spot the trailer was left late at night. I have nothing negative to say about it.

My contract for the truck started prior to me picking it up. I had to call customer service to figure out how to get the key out of the lockbox. Granted I did arrive later than I originally plan to. I was also not told I needed to check the truck in prior to drop off so I was charged a $20 after hours fee. I'm total I paid over $300 for a truck.

The place of business was closed when I arrived to pickup a car transport. It took several phone calls to U-Haul customer service a new long time on hold before someone arrived at the location.

The staff that checked me in: she was rude, condescending and funky. She seemed like she's never ever had customer service training. She also seemed to be looking down at me because I was dressed for moving. The whole experience was off putting. The truck was extremely dirty and they had the nerve to say $25.00 if you return the truck clean. You want me to clean your nasty dirty, truck. No, not happening. No one was even there when I dropped the tuck off and the same funkiness greeted me when I called to get information about dropping off the truck. A very bad experience.

i called to find out their hours and told them i was dropping off, when i arrived at the address my gps took me too it was a car lot when i called back after three times they answered and told me they moved and mapquest sends everyone to the wrong location. my issue is why didnt she tell me this and five minutes before closing i arrived and everyone was gone. if there not going to run this business right they should go back to just running their staffing business and not run a uhaul

Phone number out of service. Office not open when went to get truck although supposed to be open at 7am. No one ever opened the office or answers calls from uhaul customer service. Regional manager had to come out and give us access to the truck we rented. Also, the equipmwnt was locked inside building.
