The location is fine. U-hauls app does not work ever need to call customer service every time I rent a truck.

Ronaldo PPlease do not switch the pick up location from the originally reserved location without sufficient advanced notice. It's inconvenient when taking mileage into account.
Lucas HThis location was a challenge to get my U-Haul. It took me almost an hour to check in since the app kept crashing and would glitch before I could complete anything. After I finally got the keys, the U-Haul I ordered did not have the additional items (2 dollys and 6 fabric mats) and after running for less than five minutes, the car stopped working and all the service lights came on. I then had to switch to another vehicle I didn't originally order. I was disappointed this wasn't a smoother process and that my guaranteed vehicle and items were unavailable.

Darren DIt was a gas station with no identifiable U-Haul presence. The Phone Application was terrible - spent 20 minutes trying to return the truck through the app and failed. The person finally came out and helped me check in - Kudos to that person for stepping up and helping me.
Douglas YThe checkout process took almost an hour to complete, the cashier refused cash, and tried to charge me extra to get my hour back. I don't think I'll ever use this location again. Since the cashier didn't know what he was doing and took almost an hour to figure it out, I should have been give extra time, without trying to charge me.
Janay BI had a reservation to pick up a truck and other items for my apartment move; however, when I arrived, none of the other reserved items, such as dollies, were present. I was redirected to another UHaul Center location across the City, where I was able to secure the additional items, after paying extra. My move was delayed by at least 2 hours due to this. I will not rent from this location again.

Crystal LConfusing rates, my first timr using uhaul and i got three different total amounts to pay. I dont know what total is correct, if i am being over charged or anything
Denisha MThe van was dirty and full of dog hair, and the additional moving equipment in my original quote/ reservation was missing. I had to travel to a different location to pick up the hand truck and furniture pads. Delayed my moving and cost me more mileage and gas. Since I had to pick up and return the handy truck and furniture pads to a different location from the van. Very stressful situations.
Francia AThe guy is pumping gas and handling the pickups. You literally wave the guy down to get your pickup. I recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid the wait. The truck was fine.

Lalit mThe app wouldnt let me take any photos on pick up or drop off. The location had no internet for 10-15mins when I finally decided to go in after the app not being helpful. They gave me an appliance dolly instead of furniture due to not wanting to dig through the shed. Drop off agent was extremely lazy and not helpful. Also got charged for 2 days despite being 30-45mins early. Worst rental experience ever..
adrian othe truck itself had an air pressure light on for the tire the whole ride, the truck pulled to the left AND the back of the truck smelled like a fish market

Natasha FThe van smelt like fish. The air vents were covered with a white paper and smelt like fish. The van at a miniuim should have been cleaned ip. The gas tank had less than a 1/2 tank of gas. I had rented a day, but the order had 2 doll's and blankets. the location had none.
shawn sI started with an almost empty tank and low tire pressure. Next the left side of the seat was flattened. The mirrors would not.adjust and the trunk bumped even at low speeds. I had to wait for 2 hours for lockout service at the end of my haul. Never Again!

ZHEN CCustomer service was fine but only after I asked they informed me that NONE of the equipment I ordered was there (which included furniture pads and a dolly which are pretty important pieces of equipment when moving furniture). The truck itself was fairly new but FILTHY and smelled horrid. It smelled as though someone had been squatting in the truck for the past month and nobody had cleaned it. We were traveling over 200 miles in one day with this truck and had to keep the windows down on the highway to avoid vomiting (these are not over exaggerations). I've used uhaul many times before and had great experiences but sadly this was not one of them.
Meewha BThey chargered me all these fees I did not approve, they charged 30 dollars, because the gas attendant put gas back in the truck, I got the truck from a gas station. Why am I being charged a extra 30 dollars for someone to put gas in thd truck, and the truck is parked next to the pumps; . I did not authorize this charge. The trying go get over but, I will bd there tomorrow to didpute this charge with them and my bank.

Jamilet HU haul mobile pick up was easy, however, keys still had to be collected from the store. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Abdellah ATruck was confirmed for 10am pick up. When I arrived the guy told me the location was shut down and I needed to go to Tonelle Ave for pick. I drove all the way there and they were sold out and no affiliation. Called customer service and somehow was able to get the truck 90 mins later. Such a inconvenience as I had hired helped that I had to pay extra because of Uhual. Never ever use this location again!
Larry JThe customer service was really bad the person there say he doesn’t know nothing about Uhaul rental I bring the truck bad cause I was having problem the breaks feel weird and the truck was small and I when back like in 15 min to return the truck and change and the guy just told me give me the key I don’t know go somewhere else I can’t help you I don’t know Nothing about Uhaul you could bearly understand what he was saying no manners didn’t care about nothing and the old guy was not there no more either

miguelito mI was called 10 mins before my pick up time to be told they did not have my trailer at the market street location in Patterson NJ. After picking up the trailer Uhaul only gave me a 50 bucks off my rental. For the inconvenience they caused me with a 10 min heads up caused me more then 200 dollars in tolls and fees I had to pay cause of the delay in getting back to the movers we hired. I will never use Uhaul again and will tell others to do so as well
