Go elsewhere to rent a uhaul . The owners were waiting for me at 9 pm to return the truck. They are rude. You can’t park a vehicle on their property. Do yourself a favor and go to Woburn for a uhaul :)

Employee at return location grilled me about my account and if I “closed out” my transaction. Had no idea what she was talking about. Apparently the pick up location should have provided me with return paperwork? Bad communication

I generally get a uHaul from one of your self-owned/managed retail locations - first time getting one from one of your franchise/gas station type situation - the app is horrible, your verification process is clunky, I only found out once I showed up that I would need additional verification b/c my license was out of state, and finally - the app showed a picture of the 'box' that the key was to be returned to....there was no box that looked that that, and you gave me no code to put it back in that lockbox I got the key from originally. Shitty experience, you lost a customer for life. Also you advertise that the truck is $40-50 bucks a day, then I get a bunch of uncharges that turned a $100 estimated rental into a $250 rental. You people should be ashamed, it's the same bullshit hospitals do. Just list the real price.

Stock up on moving equipment. I got a call on the day before I picked up the truck when I found out there were no furniture dollies.

Not charge me a $25 cleaning fee after it was swept out and cleaned before delivery. It rained while moving and there was dirt that I personally sept out .. I returned the truck and as I was driving away my credit card was charged a cleaning fee .. for what??

A young gentleman came out to pleasantly greet me upon my arrival and immediately helped me by pumping gas, checking out and parking my returning truck. We have used this Billerica location a few times in the past and would recommend it to anyone...great job.

The only thing that comes to mind is the ability to have a printed receipt when returning equipment. I understand that this rental facility isn’t staffed during all hours of operation.

I do not recommend this place, they treat customers very badly, they leave you waiting and then they demand that you return the truck ion time. when you return no one checks the truck they only receive the key and then they want to charge you more for gas when they give me the truck below half tank.

I Asked for help from attendant/location leader clarifying some of the process and was accosted and belittled for even asking for help. Was told “the whole point of the self-check out means you shouldn’t have to talk to me”. When the truck I rented did not match the one In the picture I was instructed to “just click through, the picture doesn’t matter” and wasn’t issued a key properly. I don’t particularly care about poor service but this employee seemed to go out of his way to make this a poor experience. I asked a friend who rented a truck from this location a few weeks ago and had the same experience I have. I will be advising anyone who asks me to avoid the company or especially this location.

All went smoothly. Got a great advise from the attending manager about avoiding a great trouble by going on a route with low overpasses that are not fit for a 15 footer truck! Lessons learned from prior disasters.

I had ordered a motorcycle trailer and received a normal 5x9 trailer, the bike I had gone to buy almost fell multiple times and we had to pull over to check that it hadn't moved or shaken around kind of dissapointing
