We dropped it off close to where we live and the guy told us all about the place and where we could find stuff around the area.
David F.The person receiving the truck did not give eye contact and didnt have a lot to say except he will check the truck in when he gets caught up. There was also a confederate flag flying proudly outside the business. I am a person of color. If Uhaul supports this type of behavior I will do business elsewhere. I have done business with Uhaul in the past few months a lot. Not a good experience and very offensive.

WILLIAM M.This location closes at 1:30 in the afternoon making it impossible to pick up late- costing me an extra full day rental fee. Proprietor seems less than interested in being helpful. He told me I had to call around to find the size truck I wanted, so wound up getting the next size larger. Called the 1-800 number to get help- they were VERY helpfulland got me the truck at the smaller truck cost.

Lawrence G.My rental was supposed to be in Cookeville, TNâ€"literally a 1/4 mile from my starting location. UHaul called the day prior and said the original location didn't have a truck. 22 mile round trip farther. I know things like that happen but, this just added to an already long day! Not convenient for me or my family.

jaime R.It's been a week since we returned our truck and have yet to receive a final statement. I returned the truck on a Sunday using the drop box Monday was a holiday so I stopped Tuesday am, they checked the truck in and just needed to get a signature then I would receive a copy of return paperwork by e mail. So far I do not have a finalized receipt.

Wesley B.Truck was clean, ran good. Glad I upgraded to the 20 foot. Only problem was the front end seemed loose. Maybe tie rods or Pittman arm. I was constantly turning the steering wheel back and forth 2-3 inches to stay in my lane. My arms are tired after a 6 hour drive

michael J.They did not have the trailer at the location we asked for and sent us 30 miles away but we were driving thru on the way the house a day early and they said they would not charge us since it was so far away for the extra day but the DID CHARGE US i feel we need a refund.

STEPHEN G.Worst service ever. Not polite at all. Customers are supposed to be #1 to a business but not to this one. The gentleman didn't care about treating the customer right.
yvonne M.I don't know if the gentlemen was racist but he made me wait to return the vehicle. Usually when someone walks into a business and they are busy, they greet you and tell you "I will be right with you". The gentleman just kept on talking to the other customer and even when there was silence and i was looking at him, he never said anything. Then he said he wouldn't be able to check in my vehicle even after the customer in front of me had left and i was next in line. He said he was busy and that it would be about 30 min. Worst service ever and I had never been treated that way. Customers are supposed to be#1 to a business. I have had much better service with budget and penske. There's more to his wrongdoing but I don't have time to write it all down.
YVONNE M.I was supposed to pick in Crossville Tn after reserving 2 weeks earlier. When I got there nothing but 2 trucks in the lot. The U-Haul rep was rude and told me it was u-hauls problem. After talking to corporate office in Nashville he found one at a place 30 miles away. Earls service Center was very friendly and went out of his way to help me. After driving to Tn to pick up my stuff and bringing it back to Ohio he saved the day

DAVID H.Great guy, and Earl found that my husband had left his "change jar" in the cab between the seats and called to have us come get it. That's really nice and extremely honest. We were so crazy that he didn't remember where he put it....had just asked me if I had found it in a box. Can't ask for a nicer person than Earl who called to tell us what he found.
