Dropped truck as planned and then received final invoice for over 400 extra miles. ALWAYs take pic of odometer and fuel!! Drop off location was good. No issues and would recommend it. Initial pick up of this vehicle is where it started and then ended with final invoice.

Greg JMake sure the location actually cleans the rental equipment. The truck I rented at this location was dirty and was full of dog hair, so i felt obligated to pay the cleaning fee upon dropping it off, even though I didn’t cause the mess. I would like a refund

David FThe person receiving the truck did not give eye contact and didnt have a lot to say except he will check the truck in when he gets caught up. There was also a confederate flag flying proudly outside the business. I am a person of color. If Uhaul supports this type of behavior I will do business elsewhere. I have done business with Uhaul in the past few months a lot. Not a good experience and very offensive.

WILLIAM MThis location closes at 1:30 in the afternoon making it impossible to pick up late- costing me an extra full day rental fee. Proprietor seems less than interested in being helpful. He told me I had to call around to find the size truck I wanted, so wound up getting the next size larger. Called the 1-800 number to get help- they were VERY helpfulland got me the truck at the smaller truck cost.

Lawrence GMy rental was supposed to be in Cookeville, TN—literally a 1/4 mile from my starting location. UHaul called the day prior and said the original location didn’t have a truck. 22 mile round trip farther. I know things like that happen but, this just added to an already long day! Not convenient for me or my family.

jaime rIt’s been a week since we returned our truck and have yet to receive a final statement. I returned the truck on a Sunday using the drop box Monday was a holiday so I stopped Tuesday am, they checked the truck in and just needed to get a signature then I would receive a copy of return paperwork by e mail. So far I do not have a finalized receipt.

Wesley BTruck was clean, ran good. Glad I upgraded to the 20 foot. Only problem was the front end seemed loose. Maybe tie rods or Pittman arm. I was constantly turning the steering wheel back and forth 2-3 inches to stay in my lane. My arms are tired after a 6 hour drive

Lee CTried to return during business hours this morning but "the guy who does that was not here" hes out on a tow call" went back and someone helped me disconnect and when I asked for a receipt he said "they would do it later"

michael jThey did not have the trailer at the location we asked for and sent us 30 miles away but we were driving thru on the way the house a day early and they said they would not charge us since it was so far away for the extra day but the DID CHARGE US i feel we need a refund.
