The interior of the truck was dirty and smelled of smoke. I mentioned this to the rental person. Also the passenger side mirror had a crack in it, which I mentioned but there was nowhere to record that in the condition report.BRYAN K.

The team at this location was very friendly and professional. The truck itself drove pretty rough and was much louder than past U-Hauls I had driven. I'm by no means a mechanic, but something seemed to be grinding and having a hard time getting going.Jennifer I.

I reserved 2 dollies, when I arrived to the location they didn't have what i reserved. Kendra tried to help however was not able to find what I needed. She gave me a discount for their mistake. However when I returned the equipment, I waited for 20mins because no one was there and the doors were locked. We decided to put the equipment inside the gate because we couldn't wait no more. Rep tried to charge me more. I paid online and declined insurance. I still don't think she overcharged me. I was told 191 with tax and paid that from my phone. I did add a fillet when I got there. Another 18?? Truck was filthy and had others peoples things in it. With COVID like it is, I expected way more.nathan C.

I ended up leaving my keys in the uhaul which was frustrating itself but they were already 4 hours away before I even noticed. They wouldn't ship them to me even though I was clearly going to pay for it. Guess I'll just have to replace the keys.Brittany P.

My complaint was not with this particular location. I reserved a truck for a pick up at 7 AM at another location. I arrived at the location at 6:50 AM. I was unable to retrieve my truck using my online reservation. I had to call U-Haul and was informed that the location did not prep the truck for me to pick up in advance. So they had to send me to another location 7 miles away from that location.That added an additional 14 miles to my commute. In all it's an additional 45 minutes for me to retrieve my truck. That included the 20 minutes I had to wait on hold to speak to somebody plus the time that it took for me to get from one location to the next.Jennifer S.

I was VERY disappointed with my U-Haul experience. We were set up for an early morning pick up at another location through their 24/7 service. Resv was done over the phone one week in advance and U-HAUL rep called day before to confirm, but when we showed up the place was locked and gated and we could not pick up vehicle! Called U-Haul and after being on hold for 15 mins they sent us to other location which took us in opposite direction and added almost an hour to our trip! Very unhappy with 24/7 experience!BETH J.
