Slow.Agent did not seem to care. Was not communicative.I could not tell if he was ignoring me or continue with what he was doing when I arrived. I was in a hurry as I was going to miss a flight and expressEd my concern. He did not respond to my questions. It was only after I was assertive and asked repeatedly. No thank you or reassurances he understand my concerns. Plus I was ask to return the rental to another town while I passed up a few other Uhaul location. Not happy. Still waiting on my refund!!!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Fucking so unorganized and on top of that the place where I picked up the shitty u-hula charged me 60 for a unknown charge! lol hey just charged it with out telling me what it was for! I’m definitely reaching out to the Better business Bureau!

I did not like that my location for pickup was changed to a different location which was further away. More milage. More $$$. And then you all wanted to change my drop off even further.

At the time I picked up the truck, I was told the drop off location was 217 S. J st in McAllen ,Tx. It is apparently not an active U-Haul location. Other than that, everything with the rental was great.

Friendly staff, unfortunately after going to THREE different locations we landed here. The trailer that I ended up taking was ok, but was missing the power cord for the lights, and the right brake/flasher did not work. I was now desperate, so I drove it as is.

Waiting for more than an hour just to return a uhaul truck worst customer service ever owner went upstairs to his office and still hasn't came down to tell me what's the wait!

The 10-foot truck cab has some comfort issues, especially the window crank hitting the driver's left knee. Cruise control would also have been very helpful, especially on a trip of about 1300 miles. No problems other than truck design. Both U-Haul locations did a great job.

I would liked to have had a clean outer wind shield, as I drove, I was trying to use the washer and it worked well (Functioned) but either there were no soap in the fluid or they were Industrial Strength Bugs? Also I drive Big-Rigs and they are all equipped with with Cruise Control. I would not rent one of Your Trucks for the coast to coast move that I am considering.

They were kinda busy taking care of their convenience store customers and kept waiting on them while I was trying to get out of there. Also, they were not very helpful in assisting me in finding a cheaper alternative to the charges I incurred. (i.e. local vs one way).

The owner/clerk should limit the time he is on the phone with personal calls. His wife was trying to get him off the phone to attend to me, but he insisted on taking his time as if I had the time to wait. I would "probably" recommend this place only because it is the one less likely someone would think exist. Other than that, the turn in experience was good because he took care a $20 charge U-Haul tried to stick me with.

ONE WOMEN WORKING THE GAS STATION / UHAUL OPERATION. PAYING CUSTOMERS WERE PRIORITY, WHICH I CAN UNDERSTAND, BUT HAVING SOME ADDITIONAL HELP WOULD POSSIBLY ADD TO UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT SURE WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE IF SHE REFUSED TO ACCEPT TRUCK RETURN.

After being told that we could drop it anywhere we had to travel to two places before dropping and then we were told that we had to pay an additional $10 because we were not where we were supposed to be. The first place refused us so we had mo choice. The rental location that rented us the trailer offered a $15 in house certificate. But I will call Uhaul Corp tomorrow because I do not think we should be charged extra fees and be inconvienced. This cause us to be late to a meeting and was a stressful process.

The BP gas station did a phenomenal job in helping after the debacle occurred at the Raceway gas station right up the street. At that location, I was asked to fill the gas tank which was already being done and ready for the attendant's inspection. I was then TOLD to unload the blankets from the back of the truck into her building. At that time I mentioned I would be happy to fold the blankets but because my wife, daughter and screaming newborn were waiting patiently, I requested not to. She once again, demanded that I unload the blankets or she would refuse my drop off. At this time, I contacted customer service and asked if it was mandatory for me to unload the blankets and was told no. I went back to discuss this situation with the attendant and she profoundly refused my drop off, so I requested her write down her name on my contract. She noticed the original drop off location was not hers and told me, AGAIN that she refused to take the truck and trailer and that I "Can go fuck myself". At this time, I contacted customer service and had them, once again, change my drop off location to the BP gas station up the street along US-27. I was appalled with the way I had just been spoken to and will NEVER again do business with that station

They were rude and not helpful. I did not feel wanted or welcome there, felt like a bother to them instead of a customer. It was at a raceway gas station, and when I walked in, I inquired if this was the right place. I was told... "yeah" and then they just stood there. Then I had to inquire about what I needed to do next since they were like manequins. I was told they needed my contract number and reservation number when RETURNING my truck with the keys that had the truck info on it. I had to go back to my new apartment to get it, which they knew I was going to do. It was a little after 10:30pm. Upon return after 11pm, they were closed, which they did not tell us. They were getting in their cars to leave and I was begging them to be able to return the truck after an entire long day of packing moving, driving to another city, unloading, trying to drop off the truck, going back to the apt, then coming back to them. They finally agreed but said we needed to give them my receipt of original payment which had the contract number on it and they would close it out first thing in the morning, then email me a copy of that receipt since it was my only one. The next day I checked my email for the receipt and the only thing I got was a copy of the extra mileage charge. I called and again they were rude and said no, they don't have that paper receipt, it must of gotten thrown away and they don't have a way to get it for me. That was it. We drove all the way back to their store to speak directly to them. The lady was rude still, did not know how to look up our information, and said she didn't have my receipt. I needed this to give to my work for a relocation expense report. Now I have to make more calls and emails to get a copy of this receipt. I am extremely angry with the service these people DID NOT provide and cause more issues for me. If this is the type of people you have providing UHaul experience, I will choose a different company for any and all of my needs, as well as telling my friends and family about this.

You should really check with this location. The address given to return is the BP at which the clerk is very rude and grunts and points at another gas station where I then went. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to check me in b/c the only employee is the cashier for the gas station I am pretty sure she had a homeless man check the milage and the gas level. If you are smart you will shut this location down they are hurting your reputation.

This location was not helpful and I would NEVER recommend for anyone to go here. We called to confirm that we could drop our truck and trailer off, we were told yes. Once we arrived at the location we were told by the female worker there that we can't leave our Uhaul equipment there because they were a gas station and not a Uhaul. But you could clearly see a couple of Uhauls in the back as well as a trailer. I explained to her that Uhaul told us we could drop off our equipment here and she told me, "No, wait for my manager". I asked her when the manager would arrive and she said I don't know and walked away. I called Uhaul and spoke to a very nice woman by the name of Laura and she explained to me that this place is indeed a Uhaul representative and should be able to take our equipment. For 30 minutes trying to convince the female worker that we were told that we can dropoff our equipment the manager of the location finally shows up and tells us they can't take our equipment because they don't have enough room on their lot. The manager of the store was VERY rude and irate. We contacted Laura again at Uhaul and she gave us the number to Carlos the area district manager. After speaking with Carlos he explained that we could leave the paperwork and keys to the Uhaul with the manager at the location. The manager told us, "NO, if you leave it here, I will call the police". We explained to Carlos what was said and he told us to leave the keys and paperwork in the visor of the Uhaul and he would come and personally take care of it. We did that and took a picture of us doing so, just to cover ourselves. I called Laura back at Uhaul and explained to her what we were told to do and I asked if she could note our account for our protection. While I spoke with her she entered in the information. I do not blame Uhaul for this locations very rude attitude. I believe Carlos and Laura went well beyond their customer service duties to help us. As for this location, I will NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone and even though they are close to my new home, I will NEVER EVER patronize their business. DO NOT take your Uhaul equipment here it will be more stressful then your move.

The left tire pressure was low and the indicator on the dashboard came on as soon as we left the premises. Also, the owner made us add more gas even though the contract said it was on 1/8 tank and we brought it back on 1/8 tank.

The U-Haul Guy would not check my truck in and wanted me to pay $54.00 for extra day when I already paid $201.00 on Thursday He also wanted to verbally fight over the phone about how I need to pay U-Haul for the extra day... I can not believe that people would use your business. Your customer service sucks and I will never use your business again. Thanks for all the BS!!!!

Pull your trucks from this location. I have rented twice from this location in the last week (over $350.00 in total rental charges). Tonight the gentlemen that owns this location was mad at where I parked my car for the day. (no one has ever said where to park and there are no signs saying where not to park. He was very angry and made sure I knew it. He started to refuse to give me a receipt until I threatened to call the police. Then he threw the receipt at me which I had to pick up off the floor and told me to "get the f#@k out" of his store. (His security cameras will have proof of that). If he is what I can expect from U Haul then U Haul will not see my business any more. Our company has 310 locations throughout the southeast and rent trucks for local use frequently. I will be finding an alternative in my area. I will NEVER do any kind of business at that location again. Sincerely, Michael Dean 239-898-2246
