I had trouble getting the vehicle I needed at another location in Durango. They had entered my information incorrectly, could not contact me, and rented my unit to someone else. The district manager assisted in getting a truck for me at the above location. Have consideration for a customer who does not have a Smartphone. I would have preferred a receipt printed out and handed to me at the time I returned the truck. I also wish this location had packing boxes and wardrobe boxes available to assist with my move. The U-Haul office rep was courteous and efficient.DIXIE B.

Clearly state that when using 24/7, one must be on time. If not on time, the reservation goes dormant, and one cannot pick their truck. I was late and spent 30 minutes waiting to get a representative on the phone. She explained that 24/7 reservations are time sensitive, and connected me with someone who could reinstate my reservation at a new time. That took another 30 minutes. After that, everything went well. 1. State clearly on the website the time sensitive nature of the 24/7 reservation 2. When viewing a reservation that has gone dormant, it shoul say do on the app or website. The customer should be able to reinstate the reservation on their own through the website 3. The first person I spoke with on the phone should have been able to reinstate my reservation instead of transferring me to another department, wasting time for me and U-HAULRob S.
